My mom was called while she was at work in a meeting. I was called three times saying I missed my appointment. I had my 4 wisdom teeth taken out that same day and was harassed and so was my mom. I will be speaking to the office manager soon because I was even left a very nasty, cruel, and mean voicemail from the samebfront desk lady. Do better Ascension. Whatever you do, do not go here. My sister has been wanting lip fillers for a while and we did some research, coming across Allure…read moreMedical. They are located entirely on the third floor of the building. The lobby is spacious, with plenty of seating, a coffee bar area, a large fish tank and a wall full of awards and plaques. We didn't make an appointment, or call ahead - we simply walked in and were immediately greeted by staff. My sister explained what she wanted and they were able to squeeze her into an appointment right then and there, which was great. Once we checked in, we sat down in the lobby and a few minutes later were called to walk back to one of their treatment rooms. We then waited for someone to come in to start the process, which included asking questions about various fillers, the process, the lip club package and get her before photographs taken... this process took about 15 minutes total, and varies per consultation based on the questions you have. Next, the provider came in and went into depth answering questions about how long the filler lasts and what to expect, which all questions were thoroughly answered. My sister had the option to get them done right then and there but opted to schedule an appointment a little further out in Spring to be summer ready. From the amazing customer service from everyone we encountered, to the in depth explanations of the process - to two people that have no idea how it works, I definitely recommend Allure!

I'm currently trying to get in contact with my surgeon due to an issue in my right implant and it's been taking all week because of how piss poor this clinic truly is. This clinic DOES NOT care about you our your recovery. Read the reviews and take your money elsewhere. ALSO the process to get your procedure is most strange - i did not meet my surgeon at consultation only 5 minutes before my surgery and he DID not give me what i asked for either. This place is truly disgusting.
