There was only 2 left and one looked quite handled, often. Place is rather shabby too.

(I've gotten this job done at a closed location a couple of times before) the as I was asking what could be done about it I got hung up on. Yelled at my mother who was in the background, lied about what the corporate number was, store manager refused to give their first name . And accused me of saying these invoices will be around when my father is dead. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will not only never go back to this location again but will never give business to this corporation again.

I've currently been here 40 minutes trying to print a simple order for Christmas cards. To download…read morethe file, it took over 10 minutes because apparently the chain doesn't bother to pay for decent internet. Then, even getting the order to print a sample took an additional 10 minutes "due to the file size". I'm sorry, but if your business involves printing files, your computer system should be able to accommodate the file sizes needed to print a good quality photo. The printer was then printing blank versions of my order and staff is unable to fix it. And I'm still waiting. Hopefully corporate will take notice and see that their systems needs upgrading - I will not be returning.

They sell and service electric and manual typewriters at a very reasonable price. They did not have one that my son liked but she offered to put me on a list to call if one came in. I ended up bringing in a typewriter to purchase ribbon for it and Peggy installed it for me. She also told me to hold on to the old ribbon spool because it was a quality one in the event they stopped making the ribbon spool so I could wind my own ribbon. I am glad I stopped in. Great service.
