Handyman Gutierrez came within a few days, took out the existing window, replace a whole bunch of wood and trims. He even cleaned up after himself which was a pleasant surprise. He finished the job within 5 hours. Great work and my painter was happy with the work and paint job was completed the next day. He even helped me secured the kitchen baseboard which came loose.
