When I tried to inform Kaitlyn Johnson about it, she of corse made excuses for her staff and somewhat apologized. I was not satisfied but was happy to at least have gotten an half ass apology. I called again today and the same girl answered the phone. I could tell because it was the same exact experience as the last. I will not be returning to this medical facility and will not recommend Kaitlyn to anyone. I do not deserve to be treated less than or talked to like I am an idiot. I am a customer willing to pay for services offered but not anymore. I will be posting reviews on every platform I can find on this place and physician.

They definitely do not handle this kind of volume on a regular basis but I thought they handled it all quite well.

I was a patient in Methodist DALLAS hospital 4-south unit, and have the BEST nurse Salma M, for 3…read moreconsequences days, she wrote her name with smiling face on white board (I took picture of that white board with her name and smiling face) that makes me feel that she is not only ready for her job but she is glad to be my nurse. When I admitted to the hospital I was worried about my leg swelling, pain, and to be on that continue diuretic medications, but the way Selma makes it easier for me to understand that she print a educational pamphlets for me with pictures that makes me understand my disease process. I also have positive experience with Methodist doctors' team, but they only visit me for 30 seconds to 1 minutes, but nurses are the one who deals with me for whole 12-14 hours a day, which makes a big impact on my life. One of the nurse aid told me Salma works like 4-5 days a week, which is a lot, but I don't feel that way by her positive attitude and energy towards her patients, she always knocks my door and calls me "hi friend, are you ok lol", that already making me feel like I am not a sick person lol. I wish I would never be sick, but if I would I wants to be taking care of under methodist hospital 4-south nurse Salma M. I don't remember where she is from, but all I remember was her smiling face, positive attitude and funny talks which makes my day better. I would also like to share that, as a patient, I can tell we already have a stressful day going on with a lot of interruptions, lack of sleep, away from family, pain, inconvenience environment, but a positivity from a nursing staff truly changed my day. I want to say a big THANK YOU to Salma for her best care and positivity towards her job. I was lucky to have a joyful nurse for all three days. Thank you Methodist once again.

I've never had to wait too long and even if it took a few hours they made it worth the wait in the end. My condition with my arthritis is an ongoing battle and not one time did they turn me away nor make me feel as though I was a burden with the multiple visits within the last year. When I checked in I was told to send my…read moredigital insurance card to their office email address and did so right away, 40mins later the front desk staff told me they still hadn't received it, then backpedaled and said "oh I was looking for something else we do have it, NOW I'll check you in" so after another 40 minutes I was taken back to a room. The doctor just looked for half of a second and diagnosed, didn't run a single test or listen to my concerns about what was going on. Waste of $150 urgent care fee and 2hrs of my time, definitely won't be back.
