The morning of our appointment, my husband went to work and I, since my hands were full, was not able to do much tidying before they came however, that didn't matter... I saw the transition in real time as I went to fill my water and later, grab a snack from the fridge, they were wiping the walls in the hallway, sanitizing the bathroom 360° from the ceiling all the way down to even way back behind the toilet in our one bathroom, washed the blankets that covered my couch, wiped the tops and fronts of all my kitchen cupboards, cleaned under the appliances (meaning they briefly picked up and replaced every item on the counter) and basically detailed my hardwood floors! Omg they brought cockroaches into my house with their cleaning equipment which was disgusting. I hired them in hopes of having my house professionally cleaned but instead they infested my house with cockroaches and dirtied my carpet as well in the process. They first tried to deny it was them then we looked inside their equipment and sure enough a bunch or roaches came out running from there. I had to tell them to stop service after seeing that. Gilberto and Yarita are reliable and fantastic cleaners. Friends who own property recommended them and I see why. I had a very short time frame to turn a property around so Gilberto offered to work over a weekend, but my tenants didn't vacate that weekend so he worked me in the following week. We communicated via text during the weekend (my preferred) and he got it done the following week, including hauling trash that the tenants left beside the dumpster and in the closets. He also power-washed the front steps and cleaned all the windows (on a second floor unit) inside and out. The unit was crazy dirty. I've owned it for over 10 years and have never seen such grime, but Gilberto and Yarita did wonders. Just had this group come and clean our house today. Really disappointed. We were charged more than originally quoted and made the deal for, and received less hours than quoted for. As well as pressured to tip. On top of all that, a sentimental household object was broken and we were told about it after we had paid and weren't offered any compensation.
