Follow them on Facebook and instagram for real time updates (hours, etc). Saw a an online article that featured this new small business and had to try it today! My friend and I were super excited for the Pupusas! We've determined it's the best in Madison! I also got a fish taco and steak taco. Seasoned well and I wish I ordered more . For real though--I can't wait to go back and try everything else on their menu! It's located in the Menards parking lot (look for orange cones). Check them out! read more

Great food! Great service! Good people. Ordered a burrito special and a pupusa. The service was quick and the food was flavorful. Just because, the kind owners offered me a free hibiscus to try. No complaints. Madison has another great option for Mexican or El Salvadorean food. Give it a try. read more

Established in 2019.

Mexsal Mobile is a family business, women and minority owned. In 2019 Mirna and Carlos ( son) started sharing the flavor of Salvadorian Pupusas" with the communities of the Bay Area in California, Now in there first location in Madison, Wisconsin. The Artola Family is originally from El Salvador, a tropical country, known for its volcanoes, lakes, beaches, Mayan culture and today for being the BITCOIN capital... Special sample are the Pupusas" main dish of El Salvador, in addition to the MexCal- style Steak, Al pastor, Chicken Tacos that has delighted the palate of many costumers who have enjoyed our dishes. We also have vegetarian/Free gluten options form our menu like Tacos and the zucchini Pupusas" completely vegetarian. We invite you to join us and try our Tacos, Pupusas , fresh Fruit water and more items available!

It was a cold day outside and it seems that they need to do some improvements in this place. We were freezing the entire time we were there. Actually had to eat with our jackets on! They had a space heater by our table but it put out zero heat! The place was also pretty dirty. Now for the food review...super basic and bland. Potatoes were kinda hard, omelet bland and pancakes seemed like they came out of a box. The staff was pleasant and the guy who delivered our food was very polite but unfortunately, that's not enough to encourage us to come back. We really expected more out of a place with "bakery" in its name. Super disappointing.

Tried this at the Mallards game & just WOW! It was supposed to be an event with lots of food trucks but Mexsal was the only one that showed up & worked from beginning to end of a doubl- header all by themselves. Food was amazing. Service was excellent and portions were larger than expected for the price. I had fish tacos with were simple but cooked well. My husband had pork quesadilla. Everything made to order while you wait so it shouldn't be had to ask questions or make a request. read more
