Of course, the air conditioning went out one one of my units on one of the hottest days of the year AND at 10:30 at night on a weekend (all things that could have been a disaster) But Cajun Bear AC took it all into stride when I texted him to see if he could send someone out early on Sunday to get it repaired. He got back to me right away and by 10:30 am the next day, my tenant was back in cool air and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg, wins all the way around! Cajun Bear gets it done, and done well and doesn't spend time trying to sell you things that you don't need (which I appreciate given HVAC issues are not my forte!!) They told me the inspector would be there between 9AM - 12PM. He was there at 9:01AM. He let me know that my ducts were BUSTED. Like really bad. Gaps everywhere, broken stuff. The "Miami special" he called it. Showed me videos of all the issues to verify what he was saying. Although at first I thought the quote they gave me was a bit on the higher end, after I saw everything they did I've changed my mind and think the quote was honestly very fair. They replaced all the ducts in my attic, hung them (they were lying on the floor before...), replaced all the vents, covered my entire house in plastic, added an air return to a bedroom, picked up all the debris when they were done, and did all that in just like 3-4 hours. Honestly these folks are incredible. Shoutout to Amit. Such a friendly and funny guy. He took the time to explain to me all the issues he was seeing and why they mattered. He was the first one in a line of guys to finally explain that the master bedroom was so hot (5+ degrees hotter than rest of the house) because it didn't have a return. Once they installed that it feels like I have a new house. I've never slept better.

I immediately remembered using A+ years ago and being so impressed with their knowledge and honesty. My husband called & left a message (it was a Sunday afternoon). We were concerned about being without air because the outside temperatures were in the upper 90's. We got a return call within the hour and they said they could come out the next day around noon.
