Then he made sure that's what was delivered. The "Job Foreman" (my words) was super nice and we were very comfortable having him and his crew in our house for several days while they completely replaced our central heat and air with mini-splits (highly recommended). He followed up several times and was quick to respond to questions after the job was done. He, too, was focused on making sure we got what we wanted. Have contacted them twice to get this rectified, and they could not care less. Do not pay them in full until you pass the inspection. After reading they were purchased by Mullin, their lack of customer service now makes sense. Had I known that they were owned by Mullin, I would have called anyone else. I will continue to call every week until we pass inspection. I will have them do the fall check and move on to someone else. The longer it takes them to rectify, the lower their rating will get. With 30 minutes, I had an appointment for 9 on Friday with Etchinson. Allan showed up right on time, and within 30 minutes had my heater fixed for $90! He was knowledgeable and educated me as to what went wrong and where it happened, but most importantly he was honest and respectful!! And! My house is warm again!! I will make sure to call Etchinson first in the future for any heating needs. Very impressed and pleased.
