I asked him not to save my credit card information. However, evidently he did because upon reviewing my credit card statement today, I found out they've been charging me for the last six months. Very unethical. Now I have to call them and cancel again, and hope they will refund me. Do not waste your money with this dishonest company.

Maston's Plumbing & Drain troubleshot our plumbing system with a camera and discovered it was…read morealmost completely clogged; they also found out the backflow preventer installed on our 20-year-old house was not up to plumbing code and needed to be replaced; this was most likely the reason our plumbing line was clogged. We scheduled service for the next day, and they spent hours digging up hard clay soil to replace the backflow preventer. After the new backflow preventer was installed, they proceeded to hydro jet our main sewer line from the ground and through a roof vent until it was completely clean. This plumbing company does not stop until they finish the job, they are a top-tier professional plumbing company that I would highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I paid extra for the wifi feature and it is now going on 6 months and that option is still not functional. According to Danny, this feature does not work with Apple and Apple is what I have. I invested trust along with a substantial amount of money to get the products and the service I was promised. I was severley let down on both. They promised a professional install with the pipes running out of the back of the home through the attic so there would not be unsightly views from the public side of the home. The installer said that could not be done and I was informed the lines would have to run from the side of the home but they would look fine and not distract from the appearance of the home. Well, if you think a hamster trail on the side of the house is okay, it is not, this is terrible looking and a major distraction to my home. Then there was the leak from the hose being crimped and water ran all over my bed and floors. My floors buckled and my bed headboard is stained. They sent a tech out to find the leak who tracked dirt on my newly carpeted stairs and got in my attic (which he had no business doing since there was no installation done there) and put dirty fingerprints all over the attic access. He couldn't find the source of the leak. I requested they send someone else to find the reason for the leak and they sent him again!!! Finally, after he couldn't figure it out except to widen the hole in the wall (which did not work) they sent Devon. He is an amazing problem solver and found the issue almost right away!!!! Further, to add to my aggravation is the fact the units installed upstairs are almost to the top of the 12' ceilings. I am 5'3", I have to pull my 4 poster king size bed back in my room every time to clean the filter and I have to use a ladder for both because I am too short to reach them with just a step stool. This is very cumbersome carrying a ladder up and down the stairs every month for this maintenance procedure. I have made multiple attempts to resolve these issues but no one will return my calls, even when an attorney called them on my behalf. I have requested Vision Air come and remove everything, make all necessary patches to my walls and refund my money so I can get the products and service from a company who can perform to the necessary professional standards. Still....NO RESPONSE!!!! Strongly discourage using this company for anything....
