After getting outrageous quotes because everyone was scared of the plaster, Alex gave me a reasonable quote. I think it took him a little more time than he expected but he honored his original quote. He is a very nice and personable person who does really good work. I can see why some may have had an issue with scheduling because he is not a large company, but he was worth the wait!

I am still waiting for a response from Dustin. In the meantime I had another electric company come to my house July 9, 2025 to check my generator. I asked the service rep about my light fixtures. He checked the kitchen light fixture and slightly moved the socket and light came on. He looked at the bathroom fixture and stated he did have the tools or time to fix it, but would come back.
