Starting with the receptionist in their sales office, Geoff the sales guy, David and his brother who demo'd and installed the new windows...all were very professional and very helpful along the way. I seeked out 3 companies to bid my project. River City Windows and one other were the only ones to respond. River City's bid was the lowest quote for a model window one up from a competitor. It was a now brainer for me to decide who to go with. Once on the job, David and his team ensured everything was tarped off to capture all the debri, very methodical in their demo and installation process, and ensured everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. A phrase David told me "we treat your property as if it was our own". Love this! Had to wait about a week for the stucco guy to come out and restucco around the windows. It's all done and he blended in the new stucco with the existing THANK YOU River City Windows for a job well done. I'm a very happy customer!!

No update for another 3 weeks until I called him, was told another week or so to complete fabrication. So just like the other negative reviews I felt that it would be the same story for me, another week and so on. This negative review is in no way a criticism of the quality of Brad's work, no doubt he does good work according to the positive reviews, just needs to communicate better, shouldn't be too much trouble to keep customers up to date on a job status.
