Good vibes, good food. Portion size was generous. The mole was delicious and perfectly flavored. Giving 4 stars because it took 45 minutes to get our food.

Both Mezcal Grills are celebrating the World Cup. Awesome fun. Great food and many different tequilas. Either West El Camino in Natomas or BroadWay in Tahoe Park.

I had written a few reviews for Mezcal but it had been awhile since hubby and I been able to get out and so we went back today. And once again, they delivered. It was just a simple bean & cheese burrito but it was delicious. I love the homemade tortillas!! The service team was welcoming and smiling and friendly as usual but it was cool to see the bright blue outdoor patio furniture and the new comfy chairs on the inside. So glad we changed our "pickup" order to a "dine in" and the new shirt motto is perfect! MAKE TACOS NOT DRAMA

Chile Verde is so tender... incredibly moist carnitas... everyone is always extremely welcoming. Every time I go there, the place is spotless! Highly recommend this establishment. Have made it a weekly stop for us!!!

We stopped by Mezcal Grill in South Natomas for dinner and really enjoyed our meal! My husband had the Carnitas, which had great flavor, though he wished they were a bit crispier -- they tasted more like they'd been slow-cooked all day. My daughter had a bean and cheese burrito and absolutely loved it, and we ordered micheladas that were perfectly balanced and full of flavor. I had the Caldo de Pollo, and it was amazing -- comforting, flavorful, and perfect for a cool night. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was friendly. Overall, a great spot for a casual family dinner with delicious drinks and cozy food.

Busy place on a Friday night! We only had to wait maybe 5 mins to get a table. The service was great and friendly. Shrimp tacos and shrimp fajitas were good. The drinks too. The restaurant was clean, busy and people laughing enjoying their meal. Give it a try!

Per usual amazing service as always! We had friends visiting from Pennsylvania and last month all they asked was to please go eat some good mexican food. Immediately I told my husband let them know we will go to Mezcal. It's always packed here and you can't tell by the service. I let them know how much I love the chili relleno and one ordered it. The other ordered beef tacos rice and beans. I'm always getting the shrimp which is filled with great flavor perfect spice! I could take that sauce with beans and rice and have a great burrito from it. We ordered the chimichanga. Which hubby says was delicious. The guacamole Here is always amazing. The salsas and chips are great. I love all the open windows in the restaurant. We were able to catch up and have a great time. The chorizo queso is a must try. The margaritas great and modelo nice and cold. If you haven't ate here and are craving mexican please do yourself a favor and try it out.

Never disappoints. Got street tacos to go but requested them to put everything to the side since I was taking these back to my desk. Didn't want my tacos to rip apart, which they rarely do but I still wanted to be safe lol. Also got a small margarita while I waited.

I work near this establishment and this has been my go to lunch spot. I order a Torta de Asada with fries, and it always hits the spot. Mezcal's quality of food is really high in my standard, and if I want to impress people with a spot, I bring them here. The service is amicable and very fast. There are lots of great spots to sit indoor and outdoor. The parking around it sucks, but there's nothing they can do about that. Food price is good, service is good, and ambiance is good. There's nothing more I can ask of them as they do such a great job altogether already. This has the Dyllan Guarantee.

    Nopal Taco Plate

I have been here a few times for drinks and it's always been very pleasant. The staff has been very nice and it's consistently checking in on you too. The last time I went there, I tried their new nopal taco plate. It was really good. I was so impressed. It's cactus instead of tortilla with some beans and the meat of your choice. I've tried their regular taco plate, butrito, and quesadilla. The food gennerally is ok, but the nopal taco plate was very good. I had their strawbery margarita which was very delicious, it came with a tajin rim. The restaurant is located in a plaza with other stores, including a grocery store- grocery outlet. So it does get busy.

This is the go to place for lunch when you want a quick delicious meal. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean. There is a salsa bar with delicious options. This time I got the chile relleno plate. The orange sauce on the chile is to die for.

Stopped by for happy hour and enjoyed their delicious chicken mole tostaditas, fresh guacamole, and their amazing bean and cheese dip made with chorizo, one of the best dips I've ever tried! Very addicting. It was a 10 for me, Everything paired perfectly with their corn tortilla chips. Great service, very friendly staff & the perfect little happy hour spot!

One of the best Mexican restaurants in the area! The chips and various salsa's are so good! My crispy taco plate was delicious and the rest of my family really enjoyed their meals as well. Our server was very nice and attentive. They have a full bar for drinks. I definitely would recommend!!

Are there vegan and vegetarian options?

Yes, lots of vegetarian options and some of them can be made vegan by omitting dairy and the rice (since it is cooked in chicken stock).

Do they put chicken broth in their rice or lard in their beans?

They use chicken broth on their rice. And pork fat on the beans. However they do have vegan whole black beans and pinto beans. They are happy to substitute for you.
