    Vegetarian Taco
    Neena V.

My partner was in the mood for some tacos since it was Taco Tuesday we decided to check out Tacoa. 3 for $10 tacos, how enticing! My partner ordered carne asada and el pastor tacos and i ordered a vegetarian one for myself. The meat was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection and my black beans were surprisingly good and not bland at all! the salsas were delicious as well but they are SPICYYYY so beware! the only downside is that the chips are behind the counter so i felt a little awkward asking for more. The service and ambiance were nice as well. i would come back!

    Carne Asada Burrito - supreme

Stopped here for lunch and I truly loved the vibe! The colors, aesthetic and music were just 10/10. I couldn't help but let my eyes wander. I ordered a carne asada burrito -- supreme minus the pico de gallo. I clearly inhaled the burrito by the looks of the photo. The beans, rice, guacamole, carne were all soooo amazing. It was probably one of the best burritos I've had in a while. Literally every bite was so delicious. I wanted to finish it but at that point I was stuffed to the brim. Salsa bar was a hit too! Although I did not order any cocktails, just by looking at the tequila selections I could already tell they would not disappoint. There were so many options and not your generic tequila options either. (This means no 1800, patron, Jose Cuervo ... nothing against those brands but you get the point) Their tequila selections looked like they were top tier providing the guest with nothing but the best tequila. My guess was that they were all imported. Cannot wait to come back for a quality drink and more food! Thank you Tacoa Tacos Y Tequila!!!!!

The service here is absolutely great. We went for a birthday celebration and the bar tender was absolutely wonderful. Jose, really made our experience amazing. This is a casual chill spot that is very reasonably priced. I got a mango margarita that was great. I also got the fish taco, shrimp taco, the Al pastor taco, and we ordered a side of guac. The food comes out so fast. There is a salsa bar that the people who I was with liked. It's located in a plaza and there is plenty of parking.

Came here on Taco Tuesday and took advantage of the 3 for $10 deal plus a vegetarian taco. Tried both the asada and al pastor..both were super flavorful! They also give complimentary chips and salsa, but heads up, the salsa has a solid kick (perfect if you like spice like I do). Service was great and the food came out really fast, within about 5 minutes. The ambiance is nice and well-decorated, and they have a side bar with a happy hour menu that I'm definitely planning to check out next time.

The best place to go for a drink. Anytime I'm in the mood for a michelada, this is my go-to spot. The owner is great, and makes the best drinks ever. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas- all of it is delicious. Bar area is super cool and if you're sports fan they've got big TVs.

Gio, the bartender, is awesome. We had a large party tonight. He took good care of us. Drinks were good. Blood margarita was the best. Nachos and carne asada fries were flavorful. Both were perfect for sharing. Chips on the nachos were crispy and held up well. Love the salsa bar!

We came here for a Birthday party. Each person ordered their food and drinks at the bar or at the front. I ordered my drinks and food at the bar. I had the Vampiro, a Paloma based beverage. It was delicious! I ordered the al pastor tacos, 2 tacos per order. They were very good. I also ordered 13 shots of the Donkey's Semen: I forgot what was in it, but it was yummy. I would return again to try the other tacos.

Jose is so accommodating!!! We love it here. Amazing food. My fav is the pescado (fish) but honestly all the tacos are good. Such a great neighborhood spot. Also the Al pastor.

2 Al Pastor Tacos and 1 Fish Taco

My husband was in the mood for tacos for dinner tonight so we decided to finally check out Tacoa! We ordered their recommended Al Pastor Tacos as well as their Carne Asada Tacos and Fish Tacos. I really liked their Al Pastor Tacos, they were juicy and flavorful and I loved the slice of pineapple on top. The Fish Taco was pretty good, not the best I've had though and my husband said the Carne Asada Taco was lacking in salt. He also ordered a Margarita because they are $6 on Thursday's -- unfortunately he said they used too much of the premade stuff in it and it wasn't very good. The inside wasn't the cleanest and the tables and chairs need to be updated as they were wobbly. It is also divided with one side being the restaurant and the other side being the bar area, but they have a decent salsa bar and they give you free chips as well. I also thought the lady working the front was very friendly and gave great recommendations! Overall, I left bummed because I wasn't too impressed, but I might come back for their Al Pastor Tacos if I'm in the area!

Hi! I have a birthday coming up and myself, my sister and Aunt always get together for birthdays. Do we need to make a reservation or can we come in?

They don't do reservations. I had a retirement party for 12, I got there early and put some bar tables together and some balloons on the chairs :-) I ordered apps and had a drink while I waited for the group to arrive.

Is there still happy hour from 4-7pm?

This is my first classic martini (unlike lychee martinis I've had before at other places). My server asked how I like it, with olive juice or with lemon twist or another option I don't remember. To be honest I don't know how I like it because it's is my first classic martini. So I was honest with him. I said I'll do whatever you recommend because I wanted to try a classic martini cuz I've been watching Gossip Girl. I felt silly admitting I wanted a martini because of a tv show. But my server actually did his research and found that Blair (a main character in the show) likes her martini with a lemon twist. And that is the martini I got. He brought frozen glass and poured the drink on the spot. It was such a vibe and a great drink. For food I got the grilled prawns. This dish is delicious and goes so well with my martini! For my second drink I got the shiso fresh. I was debating between two drinks and asked my server for suggestions. He is absolutely right with this recommendation. I opted for the Kumquat Kiss, which was delicious and different. Besides that Old Fashioned, the Hash Brown Lyonnaise really stole the show. Pillow-light hash brown sticks (how did they do that?!) with a scrumptious onion dip with crispy shallots and finely chopped chives. This is one of my top happy hour dishes of the year. Just wow! Try it yourself and tell me you don't agree. The Grilled Prawns missed the mark for me a bit, although the husband liked them. Tasty, but just not as much of a star as the other dish. Only suggestion is to have a happy hour menu for bites as well as beverages, as is found on the website. This would help avoid the need for staff to present a dinner menu (which admittedly, I was confused by) and acknowledge that the first course options are all available but at no happy hour discount (which felt a bit awkward for all involved). Overall, a delightful discovery!

Reserved seating in advance, at the bar which costs a little less than the main area, but is just as fun and engaging if you come for the live music. It's a small spot, so the sound fills the room no matter where you sit. The dueling piano show ends between 10:30-11:00pm. I enjoyed it while it lasted. The song request list included Pink Pony Club, Bennie And The Jets, Pour Some Sugar On Me, Sweet Caroline, Gangster's Paradise, I Love Rock n Roll, It's All Coming Back To Me Now, Have You Ever Seen The Rain, My Girl, Piano Man, Come and Get Your Love, Bohemian Rhapsody, Elton John's Your Song, Taylor Swift's Anti-Hero, and a mash up of Brown Eyed Girl and Summer of 69. (I swear I didn't name the entire song list for the night, lol) The musicians were playful but didn't butcher songs to the point of being distasteful... yes some dueling pianists do this at other venues. And their music added to an already inviting setting featuring dim lighting and cool wall art. The drinks of course added to my experience as well. The bartenders were friendly and attentive and provided excellent service. It's a coincidence I wore a dress, cuz most ladies were wearing dresses on this night. They were generously filled with meat, which I definitely appreciated. While I'm personally not a fan of purple tortillas, the quality of the steak and toppings still made these very enjoyable. My only real criticism was the water service. The cups were fairly small, and refills weren't offered as often as I would have liked. To be fair, I'm negatively biased toward anything tequila in the first place, but this drink tastes like straight tequila. The ube foam doesn't contribute to the taste and awkwardly floats on the surface. TLDR: beautiful interior, good food, and decent drinks (depending on what you get).
