Zero Stars if I could…read more $22 for a wash that didn't do what it claimed, and didn't clean my vehicle.. It offered a two step cleanse for my tires yet they are still dirty. Dirt was present on my rear windshield, bumper, and sides of my vehicle. It's only been a month since I washed it, so how this machine was incapable of wiping away a little dirt I am unsure of. THEN the vacuums did not work. I tried multiple spots and they did not suction at all.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. They will damage your vehicle and then refuse to pay for it…read more I took my 2017 vehicle--pristine inside and out, meticulously maintained--through The Wave on Whitman Lane for a routine wash. The driver-side mirror cover was factory-original, never disassembled, never repaired, zero bodywork ever performed on the mirror or surrounding area. It was exactly as it left the assembly line. Their blower ripped the mirror cover clean off, snapping one of the three plastic mounting tabs that secure it. That tab is now permanently broken and unusable--leaving the cover held by only two tabs (a 33% loss in holding strength). At first, the manager seemed reasonable. He asked for a repair estimate, which I promptly provided from a reputable local body shop. Once I did, the excuses began: * They questioned the estimate's validity. * They demanded I go back to the shop for clarification on the OEM mirror that was being sourced. * I did exactly that. The shop revised the quote to address the concern. Then, radio silence--followed by a cowardly email claiming they're not liable because "the mirror cover came off in the blower," implying my car had "prior damage" or "previous work." They have zero evidence for this. The mirror was untouched since new. They're fabricating excuses to dodge responsibility. Now I'm out over $800 for a repair that should've been 100% on them. Worse: * The cover now has 33% less holding power. * That means a 33% higher chance of it detaching in any future car wash. * I can no longer use any automated car wash--including theirs--without risking further damage. Their equipment is clearly too aggressive for modern vehicles, yet they refuse to stand behind the damage it causes. This isn't an isolated incident; a quick search shows others have had mirrors, antennas, and trim destroyed here with the same runaround. Unacceptable. Dishonest. Dangerous. I will never return, and I'm demanding a full refund for the unused washes on my membership cards. I'll be taking this to small claims if needed. Save your car. Save your money. Avoid The Wave.

The car wash employees refused to actually acknowledge their mistake in placing our cars too close together, wouldn't help my mother get contact information for the manager because according to their "shift supervisor," Jenny with a g, there wasn't anything she could do. THEN when we tried to give them our license plate information and contact SHE REFUSED TO TAKE IT, then walked away into the office without any regard for us. That is ridiculous, and the blatant ignorance of this supervisor was clear; we are in the process of filing a police report because this is unacceptable and the way this was handled was beyond wrong. Could not recommend any less.

I filled out an incident report and was told to contact the manager this morning. Spoke with the manager and she said from the video I had to have put the car in drive and hit the car in front of me. She said they couldn't see my car shaking and it was my fault. I asked her if I have the car in neutral the entire wash, how is this my fault. She continued to maintain I must have put the car in drive. I have been going through Brown Bear car washed for years and know to leave my car in neutral until the green light flashes at the end of the tunnel. I also let her know that one of the workers told me yesterday the car wash changes gears around that area of the tunnel and I am not the first to complain about this. They also said they count five spaces between cars and I let them know this is not enough. She said I could come down and look at the video, but this is my fault. I'm very upset that a company I trusted for years to keep me and my car safe is refusing to accept the blame their equipment is faulty. Beware! If you love your car like I love my car, stay away from Brown Bear. UPDATE: I left a message on Monday for Eric, the District Manager and haven't heard back. I emailed the email address they asked me to below on Monday and have not heard back.

So let's start there right? Those things work better than any other place I've ever been to and I've been going to car washes since I was a shorty (I'm 41 for context), and in damn near every state. The service there was amazing, the young black queen with the immaculately done braids had a customer friendly smile outta this world and succeeded in upselling me the full Monty (my poor baby was filthy, so shame on me but kudos to her for such a keen eye) She made the experience well worth it alone in customer service so please be nice to her, take good care of her and i guarantee you she will get the job done. I'd even go so far as to say she needs a raise or a promotion ASAP! The carwash itself is one of those track driven ones where it pulls your car thru different stages of wash, rinse, drying, tires, etc. super fast and super effective because I wish you guys could've seen my car beforehand! The price blew my mind though for such a full sweep?! I'm telling everyone near and dear where to go from now on (if'n yall lazy like me and don't wanna do it yourself). Overall experience? FULL TENS ACROSS THE BOARD!
