I bought a storm door from an un-named big box store and paid for installation. The BB store sent their F team who installed a broken storm door while hacking up the brick molding. It took me 2 months to resolve the issue with BB store. BB store finally removed the door and refunded my money which was no small feat with the reputation this place has. I did some sleuthing before calling Mark, and I realized that I needed not only a storm door, but a new entry door as well (previous owners installed a wrong-size-off-the-shelf door from a BB store). Mark was upfront about what kind of entry door to install and the type of storm door I needed for my western exposure.
