Before he was even finished, he asked us for the remainder of the $ because he was late on his rent. Completely unprofessional. If I could leave negative stars I would. He came late every day and was gone by 3pm. Not a hard worker. Jonathan has NO CLUE what he is doing, no work ethic and no skills.

The project started well, and Freddie continually told us that his word was good as gold, but as the project continued we quickly learned that he just spouted things with little follow through. We had a plethora of issues, and I shudder to think how many more we would have had, if I had not been present daily and managed the project. He would occasionally show up, but his 'workers' tended to show up at odd times for short periods. It was as if he was hiring part time workers to fill in gaps. We had issues with the plumbers, electrical, and the installers. We ended up having to call in our own electrician after the job was 'complete' and he had to fix the 'ghetto job' that Freddie's guy had done, and he stated it would never have passed an inspection. The cabinet installer decided to cut the cabinets vs. installing them flush, as we discussed. This led to us needing to buy extra trim, which was never completely installed(as of today the job finished in July). The final work was sloppy and rushed! Freddie badgered me to pay him the last payment, before the job was finished, and I regret it! They punched holes in the wall between the garage and kitchen, and it was a fight getting them back to fix them! They also damaged a few other things! The house and garage was left in a huge mess, which took us days to clean. In writing Freddie agreed to pay us a sum for damage and send his guy to complete the job. Now months later he still has not paid and never finished. He has ghosted is not replying to a multitude of emails. During the job he was constantly 'going to Australia'(where you couldn't actually travel), 'going to Mexico', 'In the hospital', or replacing his phone which he supposedly destroyed in water twice, and it was always 'our job' that cut his personal time short or that was the reason things weren't done or no one showed. In conclusion, Freddie's word is useless. We ended up with extra damages and expenses, due to his lack of quality work. He never completed the job, which we paid him for, and he still owes us money!

The list included the removal of the box o'florescents, the addition of can lights, repair of a hanging light fixture, and the installation of below cabinet lighting. We got a first bid from a very popular Yelp electrician and then one for RX. Rx came in at $1400 cheaper... I was pretty shocked at the price differential, so I asked them to make sure everything was included and they promised no shocks at the end. We were torn, since there was no review for them and the other electrician had many. But, hey $1400 bucks is $1400 flipping bucks or 5 meals at Barley Swine... LOL They arrived right on time and went right to work. Tim was very helpful, knowledgeable and quite a cheerful fellow. He arrived with John, John, Paul and Alan showed up in the last day, today. All of these guys were polite, respectful of our possessions, gave us clear direction on what they were doing. The job took three days and everyday, they were prompt and always in a good mood. The main electrician dude, John, made a suggestion to put in a puck light in an alcove we have and we thought that was a great idea. We changed our mind and asked them to move a can light in the living room, which they did on the fly for us. At the end of each day, they cleaned up their mess and merrily went on their way. We decided to have another wall painted and the back door fixed since it needed some repair, they provided us a quote and we went with it right on the spot. They finished today and we are thoroughly impressed with all the work they accomplished, their attitude and professionalism. We are getting a bid for the installation of wooden floor in living and dining room. I fully expect to see them back here in a week or so to accomplish that. We did have a shock at the end, since they refunded us $102.66 on the bill for parts which they didn't need when they did all the re-wiring, switches and stuff. Pretty dang cool.....

I also had a crack on my ceiling in my living room. Finally, I wanted to build a bigger garden. Alex, showed up instead of his estimator because his employee had family problems. He told me that the reason he came was because he is a man of his word. I was impressed because Alex is very young and mature for his age. This is rare today in America. A lot of people nowadays don't respect your time and even your home. I have been stood up at least 10 times in the last 6 months by lawn guys all the way to contractors... Alex ended up doing all the jobs for a great price and it was all done excellent. He was also very interesting and philosophical. I had a great time chatting with him. I will use Alex from now on. I definitely recommend him!

All trim/baseboards gloss white along with a wall of built in cabinets. 2 1/2 baths with all new fixtures for plumbing, lights and such. All starting with new ball valves and new connections and fixtures. All light switches and outlets and their covers replaced with new white ones throughout the whole house. All AC vents replaced with new white ones. Just completed and turned the Master bath back over to us. It is beautiful for a smallish Master bath. Took everything down to the studs almost and started over. Beautiful tile work by Noe! They are currently in the process of repainting the whole interior and re carpeting the second floor and living room. They have completed tiling on the first floor on the entry and kitchen and formal dining room, 1/2 bath and laundry room. Granite for new countertops being fabricated as we speak as well. Still trying to coordinate new kitchen cabinets. So far everything they have done has been beautiful work and they have all been very friendly and in good spirits like they enjoy their work! They arrive on time and get to work. We are living in while this is ongoing so they also make some allowances for us still being here. Nice little touches that still let us use everything as much as possible. We packed up all the little stuff into big plastic bins from Home Depot. they move the bins around and the furniture and stuff as needed. Big win there. I will post pics of the Master bath as it is done. Saw work they did years ago for my wife's boss and it still looked great! I was able to source the bathtub and plumbing fixtures and vanity and mirror and lights from Amazon. All he hinges and door knobs and fixtures changed to brushed nickel throughout the house instead of brass. Always willing to work with you on "touches" that make a difference in aesthetics. I can't recommend them enough at this point.
