While the vehicle was sold "as-is," I believe customers should still be treated honestly and fairly regarding major mechanical defects. I attempted to resolve the issue professionally with the dealership before pursuing further action. Buyers should strongly consider having any vehicle thoroughly inspected independently before purchasing from this dealership. This was an extremely stressful and expensive experience, and I would not personally recommend purchasing a vehicle here based on my experience.

During that time, I was not provided with clear updates or proper documentation. When I finally picked the car up, I was told everything had been fixed. However, I was not given a repair invoice or any detailed proof of the work completed, despite asking. Within just 3 days of driving the vehicle, the same issues returned -- jerking, loss of power, and difficulty reversing -- making the car unsafe to drive. I then took the vehicle to a certified dealership, where I was informed the car now needs a full transmission replacement costing around $6,000. When I reached back out to 1st Choice Automotive, they refused to take responsibility and stated they had already fixed the issue, but still could not provide proper documentation of the repair. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious, ask for full documentation, and get an independent inspection before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

The appointment was incredibly fast and I was only my way. Tiffany provided real time updates via text as the work progressed. I knew the estimate, when parts were ordered, when they arrived and estimated completion date. They actually beat the completion date by a day which worked out perfect with my travel schedule. Now the important part -- quality of the work. It was great, the bumper looked brand new and the detailing was one of the better details I have seen. After an hour, they came back and said I had a slow leak due to a nail and they could only REPLACE it for $507. I said no thanks and walked right out. (My car is 60 days old w/ brand new tires soooo no). Fast forward to this morning at 9:30 am. I drive up to Smyrna Tire, park, jump out and tell them what I was told. They said they'd check pressure on all and see if they can patch the hole. Great! Welp. They actually found 1 nail in my left rear and 2 nails in my right rear tire. (Either I have enemies or I need to watch how I drive cause sheesh). On top of being thankful, I'm impressed and grateful. Had I bought the replacement tire, I would've had to turn around and buy another one days later PLUS I'm hella disappointed that after sitting on their lift for an hour and doing the extra ridiculous soapy test, BMW couldn't see that I had multiple nails across both tires. Anywho. In case you're still thinking of going somewhere else for any of your tire issues. Don't. I've found my forever shop and I'm positive I won't need to go anywhere else.
