This girl works there I guess because she sat behind the counter. There was no greeting, no welcome, nothing. The guy who brought me in was instructed by Natasha to walk me in while she did what...?? He walked away but didn't invite me to come along so I waited. He then came back to get me. I was seated in a room that had two tables and was clearly for couples. I was given a drink and waited. By this time it was 3:15? Natasha finally came in and asked what I needed and where and told me to lay face down. Again, no greeting, welcome or chit chat. The massage I booked was for 1 1/2 hours. By this time it was about 3:20? I'm guessing because I didn't look at the time. Towards the end of the massage, someone opened the door. I heard some whispering and she left! She returned about 2 or 3 minutes later, but the flow was broken. She seemed a bit flustered and started rubbing my legs, when she was working on my feet before she left. So I got one foot worked on and one not. Shortly after, she finished. I got dressed and walked out to see a couple waiting for their appointment. Hmm. I guess she needed the room. My experience with this place is amazing compared to the other places I've been to. My massage therapist, Michelle, was extremely personable and I felt very comfortable with her. I've been to Massage Envy and other massage places where I didn't feel connected to them and I felt like they just wanted to sell me their products and have me book another appointment. This place was so professional, clean, and warm. They get straight to the point and do not try to be sleazy and sell you things. If you come here for a massage that is what they will give you. Michelle worked on my shoulders for the hour because I dealt with a ton of shoulder pain and she knew just what to do and how much pressure to apply. I think that you shouldn't be afraid to communicate with your therapist if you want to have a good experience. The entire massage hour was fun because I communicated with the therapist and we talked and it was a great experience overall. She hit all the right muscles and I left the place feeling so relaxed. Messages left on off days were promptly returned within a few hours. Always a great sign at an establishment when they're always booked, which shows services must be great. And THAT they are ! Almost difficult to locate them because of the construction going on at the time we were there (2nd weekend of June) but office is clean and organized. Massage was amazing ! Kinks in my shoulder were gone, lower back was loosened. Both my husband and I were relaxed by the time we left. Donuts, Water and a Keurig was also provided. This is also a chiropractic office, which is so convenient if you need additional adjustments or treatments. Love how they are open on Saturdays ! Makes it even easier to go to as long as you make an appointment ahead of time. Can't wait to be back.
