The green sauce was very mild, a bit tangy and not very flavorful. The red sauce had some heat which was good. The burrito itself was flavorful but I was so disappointed in the lack of sauces and avocado. I understand it may be prepared differently when ordering through Doordash but also including a side of crema would make up for it a little. The quesadillas were too thin (similar to what you would get a Taco Bell). Both of them needed more meat and cheese, especially for the price. Atmosphere: With this being a taco truck, they only offer outdoor seating and it isn't that bad. The location is near the road, so you do have the background of cars going by. Service: The ladies that run the truck are always pleasant and greet you with a smile. They are helpful and patient, especially if it's your first time. Despite there only being two people taking orders and cooking, the wait time is never terrible. We went on a "busy" day and we waited less than 15 minutes for food and we got to sit at a table. Pricing: They have a 3 taco minimum, however, that's okay since you'll be wanting more! For the regular tacos it's about $2.00/taco and for the supreme which comes with cheese, onions, cilantro, and onion, it's $2.50/taco. We get the beef and it's absolutely worth every dollar spent. Food: Now for the good stuff. Let's talk about the food. I used to work in the area where the truck is located and always hesitated to try it out. The menu isn't extensive, but offers a good selection. They had chicken, pork and beef for meat options; but had already run out of beef for the day by the time we had arrived. Payment via cash of credit. Order at the window and wait for your order. They have a cooler of soda (jaritos and Coca Cola); it was a busy lunch day when we went and drink options were running a bit low, so just keep that in mind.
