She might have been new because when I was ordering she wasn't sure of an item. This is by no means a disparaging comment, she was very good and I appreciate that someone go ask than not be sure. For my lunch I ordered a papusa, a carne asada taco and a carnitas taco. If you have never had a papusa, I strongly recommend this culinary delight from El Salvador. When my food came, I would have to say that the tacos were sadly better than the papusa and the carne asada was the true standout of my lunch. I love papusas, it is almost to a point of obsession. Here they were not the best. They needed more cheese. Maybe it was an off day and I will try them again next time. All in all, this is a great pla e to grab lunch and I would definitely recommend it. I will give it four stars.

Surprisingly, there don't seem to be very many places for good authentic Mexican tacos. This is probably as close as you can get. It doesn't hurt that it's a grocery too! Prices here for the made-to-order side won't hurt the wallet, and you can find some rather unique and quality stuff otherwise. Service was extremely friendly and happy to help in either English or Spanish. In terms of flavor, the al pastor was top notch. It comes with lime wedges and your choice of either mild or spicy salsa. While there isn't anywhere indoors to sit and eat, there's several tables outside to take advantage of the beautiful spring weather. Give this place a try!
