They don't apparently acknowledge orders though door dash.. So if you order online prepare to sit for 20 minutes they will insist its coming at this point leave its not coming. You will speak to several different servers and hosts to no avail, leave drive down the road to taco bell you will receive better service.... read more

There was so much to choose from on the menu, I would rate this Restaurant a definite 10+, the portions are wonderfully Large and very very reasonable, the staff and service was Great, the prices was less than anticipated, I've never ordered and eaten so much food and had an enjoyable good time at any restaurants I've ever been too, The atmosphere was warm and very much Mexican Relaxation, I would definitely recommend this Restaurant to everyone, You won't be Disappointed. We had such an amazing experience here! Our server Sergio was lovely and gave us recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious. I love that you not only get chips and salsa, but you get beans with queso fresco and pico de Gallo on them right when you sit down. This building is also so pretty inside! The food was delicious and abundant. At seating our server brought chips, bean dip and salsa while we decided what to order. I had pork tacos with guacamole, yellow rice, beans. My date had quesadilla with yellow rice, guacamole, and a salad. All of the food was well prepared and served hot. Everyone working there made me feel like we were old friends. We really wanted to like this place. And while overall the food was not bad, there are a few things that are deal breakers for this place. The good news is that the service was very good. They start you off with some chips and "salsa." The chips were excellent, but the salsa was total liquid. Not a spec of solids. So I guess if you like to drink your salsa out of a straw, you'll love the salsa. Secondly, my wife ordered a pina colada which was a like a watered down smoothy. She gave it back and they took it off the check. Thirdly was the music. Not sure what kind of music it was but if you are expecting traditional Mexican music like a Mariachi band style or anything like that, you'll be seriously disappointed. Maybe you will enjoy the Rap style music that was thumping throughout our dinner. So Ambiance gets a Zero. I had a Burrito with shredded chicken, beans and rice inside and guacamole and sour cream on top. It was VERY GOOD except for the huge chunks of onion in the guac. Chunks of avocado would have been better. My wife had the chicken fajitas. It arrived hot on the traditional fajita platter but was not sizzling as it should have been. Chicken was tasteless and dry but my wife likes the chicken dry. I tasted the green pepper and thought it was very good! And lastly, when you are a brand spankin new restaurant, the manager and/or owner should be cruising around the store checking on your enjoyment. There was NONE of that. No manager when we returned the Pina Colada and no visit from a manager during the meal. Oh yeah... as we were leaving out the door and my back was turned to the main desk, a young man shouted, "how was your meal?" Really? NOW you ask? So there is really not anything that makes us want to return. There are a couple of Mexican restaurants nearby that do a much better job of creating a solid ethnic food experience. They may not have the glitz of a brand new place but they certainly know how to put their money into things that really matter. read more

we had a reservation for 6:30 and we were waiting for one whole hour to be seated and a group of girls that just walked in got to sit down and the hostess kept on telling us different times we would be sitting and said when we got there a table was open but then when we asked again they said there were no tables open also the area where the desk was, was so crowded and no room for anyone. read more

Came in on a Friday for dinner before a show at the Kodak theatre, with about an hour and a half before the show. We figured if we ordered right away we'd have plenty of time. Our server really had no idea what he was doing and couldn't keep up with the number of tables he had, so we never got past the drinks. Even though we told him after the drinks came that we were ready to order, he said he'd be right back. 15 minutes went by and we signaled for him 2 times to come over and he kept delivering drinks and waiting on other tables. When he finally came back we said we really weren't sure if we would have time for dinner so could we just order a couple apps and get the check. We ordered 3 apps and one came out 10 minutes later. I called him over after nothing else came after the first appetizer. He said he only heard us say flautas and didn't realize we wanted anything else. We ordered shrimp, nachos and flautas for the table and a second drink. We got one appetizer and no more drinks. We got the check and got out of there. We were a little late to the show so it was an all around disappointing experience. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because there were other servers who were helping our server and they were attentive and friendly when they refilled chips and salsa and cleared plates. read more
