Food Review: Super Nachos Worth the Stop! Driving home, I stopped in for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised by all the options on the menu. After some thought, I went with the Super Nachos -- and I'm glad I did. The portion was huge, and they even provide a fork, which you'll definitely need once you dig toward the bottom. The dish was served hot from top to bottom, loaded with my choice of Carne Asada, plus pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and refried beans. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. The salsa bar was a great bonus. I tried the green salsa, and while it wasn't spicy, it had a fresh, bold flavor that paired well with everything. Plenty of seating and the staff was friendly. Definitely planning to stop by again next time I'm in the area!

Went to the San Rafael location, popular place as there are always people eating and there is a small army works prepping food. The portion are very large which is great and the service is very quick. my only complaint is the food is a bit on the salty side and the meat is sometimes tough depending on if its been sitting on the flat top grill for some time or not. overall its a good experience and Im a frequent customer.

If this country wants to elect someone with no political experience who is racially insensitive and golfs... In my first 100 days, I will make Taco Tuesday the law -- George Lopez Tonight was taco Tuesday for me. I was in Menlo Park getting project guidelines approved for a future affordable homeownership project and afterwards I was hungry. Driving past the 101 next to FB HQ I spotted this joint. Most people I saw here were the working class, not the Metaheads with their stock options and free cafeterias. I love a good birria taco and the version here is solid. A nice consommé, free chips and salsa plus bottled Mexican coke add to the experience. Ambiance is quick casual. The woman taking my order was dancing to her own beat and was also a nice person. Recommended!

Homemade horchata is delicious, salsa bar is full of fresh pico de gallo, fire-roasted jalapeños, hot and mild sauces and pickled carrots. The Super Al Pastor burrito was flavorful and filling, a little light on the meat, and the sour cream and guac ended up at one end of the burrito instead of throughout. Service was fast and friendly and affordable prices.

I'm familiar with the Menlo Science & Technology Park. And yeah, I've been to the 777 Hamilton Residential building right next to here, more than once. I happen to see this Taqueria in the Afternoon, and I can't pass up an opportunity to get some Beef Caldo de Res here today. I finally got what I wanted. When I got here, there was almost nobody and there should be more people here on a Weekday. It's a cool and cozy spot. This is just fabulous, this exactly the soup I needed in my life right now. The bowl was so warm and comforting. And I don't think I ever had chopped Jalapeño in my soup, I've had sliced Jalapeño, but not this, this is my first time. I was thinking this was going to be a 3.8-4.1 stars, but I give this 4.2 stars. It was very good.

I was Craving Mexican Food so I rolled my Whip to Mi Taqueria in Menlo Park. I parked my Work Whip Big Ken in their Parking lot. I rolled in to Mi Taqueria like a Boss and perused their Menu!!! I ordered the Mi Bueno Carne Asada Burrito , Camarones A La Diabla With Rice and Beans and a Mexican Coke!!!! I paid by Credit Card!!! I grabbed my Table started Chilling Like A Boss!!! 15 minutes later my Server brought me my food to my table. I was impressed with how Hot and Fresh the Food was!!! It smelled Delicious and it Was!!!! Plenty of Flavors and Spicy as Hell!!! Yummy!!! The Tortillas were Delicious and Hand Made , literally Pressed and Cooked to Order !!!! Mi Taqueria is a Baller On a Budget Approved Establishment!!!!

    Camarones a la diabla

FIRE! im so lucky to live next to this place. ive gotten the super burrito which is spectacular but once i got the camarones a la diabla i dont want to try anything else. this is perfection. i want this as my last meal. gotta get it spicy. PLUS a horchata on the side

3.5 stars Located in the small plaza on Willow/Hamilton (Next to Starbucks and Sajj), this taqueria is decent for a quick lunch. Service is good, serving size is ok, price is good too, but the food lacks that kick that I expect from small taquerias. I ordered the carne asada taco platter for lunch, and even though the meat-to-bread ratio was decent, the taste was average. The meat seemed dry, and lacked flavor. The good thing is that they have a salsa bar (and unlimited chips) that I could go to to spruce up my tacos. Will I come back? I've heard good things about their shredded chicken burrito, so I guess ill have to come back and try it. Parking in this plaza is a pain, so be wary of that as well.

Mid week brunch meant a quieter atmosphere and open seating. After perusing the menu we ordered at the counter before sitting at a table after picking up utensils and water. We ordered Fambrini's Breakfast, Brie & Mushroom Omelette, Crab Omelette, and shares the Lotus Biscoff Pancakes. Everyone loved their egg platters. The eggs were perfectly light and fluffy. I generally avoid omelettes getting scrambles instead because restaurants tend to overcook the eggs. Our dishes were prepared with quality and flavor in mind. I personally had the crab omelette and left no crumbs behind. The potatoes were well seasoned and wish I had enough room in my tummy to finish them off! The drip coffee was bold and delicious not watered down at all! Finally, we shared the 2 stack biscoff pancakes for a sweet finish. The pancakes were bouncy with biscoff sauce and a mound of whipped cream. This was mouth wateringly delicious. I don't have much of a sweet tooth but this was so yummy. This isn't a traditional sit down service but counter staff were friendly and efficient. There is a small parking lot off to the side and there is indoor and patio seating. Our Food: We ordered the french toast and Biscoff Pancakes as our sweets. Both were fluffy and perfectly sweet. We also ordered the Monte Cristo and Chicken Pesto Sandwich. The Monte Cristo was okay, but the Chicken Pesto outshined it. The ciabatta bread is housemade and you can tell! Its perfectly soft and pairs super well with the garlic aoili and pesto sauce. The dalgona coffee looks amazing but is only okay, I'd maybe try something else. It is definitely Cafe style, where you order and pay at the counter first. They usually help you find seating (which is all outdoors) and bring out the food. From there everything is self-serve, whether that's for utensils or simply getting water. The food is delivered very quickly, but not super hot. Overall, I think its good food, and worth the visit if you're in the area.

While I never…read moremet the man, he has incredible taste, because Sweet Maple has the best breakfast food I've ever had in the bay area. Well worth the trip. The two of us were dubious about the Millionaire's Bacon, because it was hyped up to the point where it seemed unlikely that it could live up to the reputation. We were wrong. We ordered the Millionaire's Bacon sampler platter, which is four strips of long, thick pieces of bacon, baked with brown sugar and spices. There is the original, which is brown sugar, cayenne, red, and black pepper, which was sweet, salty, and the perfect amount of spicy. The other slices were orange, cinnamon, and rosemary. My partner enjoyed the orange best, whereas I loved the cinnamon, but we both thought the rosemary was underwhelming. The bacon itself was very thick and meaty with a minimal amount of fat, and was just clearly high quality pork. Truly worth the hype. We also got the bottomless mimosas, which not only had multiple choices of juice (we got raspberry lemonade) but were surprisingly heavy on the champagne. The waiter kept them coming without us needing to ask, to the point where I had to tell him I was done because I was a little too tipsy for breakfast. My partner got the chicken croffle, and was very impressed. I tried the fried chicken (though not the croffle) and it was very well spiced, very crunchy, and well cooked--juicy and tender. I got the big hip, which is deep fried "french toast". I wouldn't call it french toast myself, but it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and came with fresh fruit, butter, and syrup. There wasn't enough syrup for the entire dish, but I asked our waiter for more and he came back with it in less than a minute. On top of the food being as close to perfect as you can get, the service was great. Several different waiters checked in on us throughout the meal, making sure we were enjoying the food and that we didn't need anything else. The vibes of the restaurant are really enjoyable too. The décor is lovely, the sound levels are very reasonable, and everything was spotless during our visit. Overall, I can't recommend Sweet Maple enough, and I'm kind of glad it's not closer to my house because I would go bankrupt with the amount of Millionaire's Bacon I'd buy on a weekly basis.

There will be plenty of foot traffic going in and out of the restaurant. My dining companion and I settled in at the counter since the weather was a bit brisk today. Joanie's has been around long enough to wear its old-school vibe with confidence. The service is just fine. Nothing to complain about and nothing to tell write home about. It's a small enough place you are able to flag someone down if you needed something. We both ordered the "Joanie's Breakfast Medley" which includes French toast or two pancakes, two eggs any style, home fries, and your choice of protein (bacon, sausage, corned beef hash, chicken-apple sausage, or ham) for $25.95. We added two coffees, because we are functioning adults who require caffeine to make decisions. The food was fine, it was what a Sunday breakfast should be. I had a bit of a sticker shock when I asked for the bill and saw that it was OVER $75 for two people at breakfast, with tax and tip. I sat there doing the math in my head the way you do when you're hoping the numbers will somehow rearrange themselves into something more palatable. They did not. Now, to be fair, I am fully aware that the cost of ingredients and labor has gone up across the board. I was just operating on an optimistic budget of maybe $60 which I now realize is one of those "back in my day" comments to bore the Gen Zs to tears. If you want a recommendation for something sweet, go straight for the Cherries, Berries and Mascarpone French Toast. The eggs benedict is a reliable choice too, if you're feeling classic. The restaurant is easy to get to as it is located at the corner of California and Ash Street, and there's a large parking structure right next door. Would I go back? Probably, yes. But I will be prepared so that the wallet shock doesn't catch me off guard again.
