My friends ordered the NY strip, one medium and the other medium rare, it came out wrong the first time. One came out well done and the other medium well. One of my friends kept the medium well one and the well done one was sent back for medium rare. It came out wrong at least 2 more times and was cold. For this to be coined as "steakhouse" is a stretch, especially if the chef isn't aware of what steak temps should be.
