This place is so delicious, this is a lunch special, so fresh, so tasty, It has never been busy when I've been here, please visit this establishment so we don't loose it, they do have TV's for watching soccer

What a charming and amazing place! Authentic food! The Oysters Rockefeller and Caesar salad and mojito and salsa were amazing. But the table also loved the bone marrow, the queso with chorizo, and so many things. Patio is super great. Must try.

10/10 recommend this place! Great for kids too they have chicken tenders, popcorn shrimp, quesadillas and more! I came with my best friend and kids and the service and food was sensational. Jesus was our server and he is so amazing!!!!! Super kind and informative any questions you have he answers and helps direct you to what is popular and requested here. I will definitely be coming back when I am in the area!!!

Our friends found this spot and it was such a great find! The vibe is amazing, nice decor, great music, good service. We hung out comfortably and had a couple of drinks before heading out. The food is amazing!! Obviously every dish is meat based here and it's cooked to perfection. Seasoned deliciously and very tender. The garlic mashed potatoes were smooth and tasty. We also ordered Chicharrónes and guac. I'll admit I was very skeptical about The Chicharrónes because they're either cooked right or they're not. They got it down here. Everything was cooked exceptionally well and delicious. 10/10 recommend. Food and drinks are great!

After seeing several viral TikTok videos raving about Las Brasas in Dallas, we were excited to try what was supposed to be a top-tier spot for grilled meats and authentic Mexican flavors. Unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to the expectations. We arrived around 6:45 PM and were told the wait time could be anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes -- definitely an odd and concerning estimate. We ended up waiting 55 minutes before being seated, and even then, we had to share a table with another family due to the crowd. Red flag number two came quickly: the table next to us was visibly frustrated and complaining about how long their food was taking. Our server, however, was excellent -- friendly, attentive, and helpful in guiding us through the menu. Unfortunately, the kitchen couldn't keep up. After waiting an hour, we received only half of our appetizers: chips, salsa, guacamole, and pork belly. The remaining appetizers (including bone marrow) took another 45 minutes -- and to make matters worse, the bone marrow was undercooked and borderline raw. By the time our main dishes arrived, it was 9:30 PM -- nearly 2 hours and 45 minutes after we first walked in. We later learned that the staff was overwhelmed and unprepared for the Mother's Day rush, which seems like something that should've been anticipated. While we didn't demand a discount, it was disappointing that no gesture -- not even a complimentary drink or dessert -- was offered after such a poor experience. The table next to us was given $100 off their bill, highlighting the inconsistency in how guest issues are handled. Las Brasas may have potential, but unless the kitchen and management improve their operations, it's hard to recommend -- especially on a busy weekend. The total for 3 main plates sample plate, Brasas Sirloin Flap, Petite Filet Mignon and 14oz ribeye steak and couple of drinks on mother day.

The vibe of this place is amazing. Feels like you're in an old ruins building and you really feel like you're eating somewhere authentic. Some of the waitstaff doesn't speak English too well and was perfectly ok with that. They were warm and inviting to us and sat us without reservation right away. The queso flameado was good but kind of a one and done for me. Glad we tried it, but will try something else next time. Wished it were served hotter (and even with some crispy cheesiness with it). The Brasas chicken was heavenly. Super moist and juicy with excellent charcoal flavor. The rib eye was a little tough but the flavor was fantastic off that charcoal grill. Definitely gonna pass on the bloomin onion next time. The roasted corn is doing the heavy lifting for the 5 star rating. It is one of the best overall dishes I've had in a very very long time. Please order this! Can't wait to come back!

Customer service was NOT good at all. The waiters were visibly ignoring me and yes i was respectful in every way. They messed up on my party's food over several times. The atmosphere was very nice but too pricy for this bad of customer service .

The question is, what didn't go well. NOTHING!! We came in for brunch on Sunday of the 4th of July weekend and everything was amazing. We were greeted at the door and the experience only got better. We started with their bone marrow appetizer and it was served on its own grill with salsa and tortillas. An amazing first bite. I followed that up with a Certified Angus ribeye which was one of the best steaks I have ever had in a restaurant. My wife and son had the beef short ribs and they were delicious as well. They have a great 70's and 80's soundtrack played at just the right volume so conversation isn't affected. Drinks are great and they are new in the area. Please check them ou

Such a cute restaurant! Great patio seating but we chose indoor. The bar is the focus with tables lining the wall. Exotic animal head mounts are on one wall. The Strawberry Mojito came in a bowl, very cool! The chips are crispy and the salsa has just the right amount of kick. You do pay extra for them, not complimentary. The employees are all helpful and welcoming, We chose the salmon which was the special tonight. The asparagus was lightly grilled and the potatoes finished the sides perfectly. The portions are plentiful. Nice dinner!

AMAZING experience here! We happened upon this Las Brasas by accident on our way to an event that we wanted to grab lunch somewhere close to. When we saw the patio and entrance to a place we had never been we wandered in. Turns out they just had a soft opening last night and today is their first open to the public, well it was out lucky day! When walking in we felt like we were taken into an ambiance of old Mexico. The look and feel has an authenticity that is unmatched in most restaurants today. This place is "real". Once we met the owner we understood, you see Tim is a guy who puts attention to every detail. From the 130 year old rail car converted into a table to the murals on the walls, to the sasses over the bar, there are no corners left neglected or stones unturned in this place, it's awesome! And the music in this place is awesome too, it took me back a bit, to the 80's and it works in a great way! Thankfully that attention to detail carries over into the food as well. From freshly prepared tortilla chips, to the house made salsa and guacamole, you are in for a treat BEFORE you even get your main course! Our main course was Grilled Chicken Breast with Mushrooms and Corn as our sides...it all was OMG kind of good!!! I will give you a hint, in ADDITION to whatever sides you order, make certain you get an order of corn! You can thank me later for that! The service here is fantastic as well! It is like you are eating at a friend's house and they want to make sure you like everything and are happy. Check them out, you will love them!

We were there to eat so if they were going to wine and dine us in that amount of time, we were there for it!! Everything was delicious, everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks and we are so glad we found this location and made it happen! I was looking forward to dinner here the entire day and it was worth it!! We had the queso blanco...it's got a kick...worth it! My wagyu fajitas were perfectly cooked medium rare and soooo flavorful!! I was my dessert in my pjs back at the hotel...the sopapilla cheesecake and ice cream held up perfectly and was everything I wanted it to be!! A few important notes though: this place is SUPER loud, especially upstairs, so if you are trying to take your older parents somewhere for a nice dinner where you can actually catch up and have a conversation, this might not be the spot. Also, avoid the upstairs dining room if anyone has mobility issues. The stairs are a little sketchy in that dark space because you basically have to TRUST there is another stair step in front of you even though you can't see it. And a heads up, do not wander into the wrong bathroom upstairs like my husband did because the "men's" and "ladies" signs upstairs are also nearly impossible to read in the dark! But honestly, those are really my only complaints... The service and food were both very good. We had a couple of ordering fumbles. We got the regular queso, and then immediately watched another table get the tableside flaming queso and we were seriously bummed. Like, really bummed. That is definitely what I will be ordering next time. The chips and smoky salsa were excellent!! - and I always appreciate when everyone gets their own little portion of salsa so everyone can double dip without feeling like a heathen. I ordered the wagyu fajitas (the half portion), and it was still easily enough food for two people. I will say the meat was more like a filet mignon texture and less like the flavorful fajita meat I was expecting. My friend's pork fajitas were actually much better and had more flavor. When the manager stopped by to check on us, I had to announce my own birthday because apparently my friends were not going to help me out with that (some friends, huh?). They brought out a complimentary sopapilla cheesecake with a candle, which was a very nice touch. All in all, I loved the place and totally understand the hype. Definitely make a reservation ahead of time. There is valet parking, but we found easy parking across the street. I cannot wait to come back and try that flaming queso!

My wife loved her Desert Flor while I thoroughly enjoyed my Modelo Micheleda. Her Surf and Turf one hitter was exceptional. I have to say my Crab Cake was just ok. It tasted a little pasty and very heavy on the bread. The Pulpo was absolutely amazing. Perfect texture and the sauce it was served almost had me licking the plate. The El Machete was incredible from its presentation, to the freshness of the corn tortilla, to the quality of the meat inside. Definitely recommend this. We really liked our Okra + Shishito course, we just wished it had more okra in it. The two things I loved about the Al Pastor was of course the sauce it was served on but the fact that I got to enjoy it like a steak. It was served sliced on a bias like flank steak. Typically Al Pastor is finely chopped and served in tacos and burritos, so this was a different eating experience for me. And of course it was delicious as well. It was glorious and bountiful--there was ample dressing, cheese, and other ingredients I'm forgetting that made it unique. Unfortunately, during our second visit, the Caesar salad was significantly different. I think they used the same dressing, but there was very little of it. There was nearly no cheese and the other ingredients were similarly sparse. It was still good, but it in no way was the greatest I'd ever tried. I hope that this was a 1-off experience, as it truly was the best. I will report back next time. Service was great both times- they were very careful about my Cilantro request (none) and even though they gladly prepared dishes without it, they also made a list of things that already had none by default. Salmon ceviche, Pork al pastor, Carne asada, and the machete were also very good. The machete is a specialty- it had the house made masa and fillings can vary.
