The star of the show for me was the mango margarita, chefs kiss I wonder if they sell those to go? Anyhow I also had the wet asada burrito with half green and red sauce, my husband had a carnitas plate which included beans and rice . The carnitas was tender and flavorful my burrito was packed with asada, our food came out pretty quick but was steaming hot! I loved everything about our visit and the price point was amazing. Stopped by for a quick lunch an all I can say is WOW WOW WOW!!!! Fist off the customer services was by FAR the best my husband an I have ever had at any restaurant we visited. I decided to give this place another try. What a disappointment. I order tacos dorados the tortillas were burnt and the tacos looked like enchiladas. They were not crunchy at all. The guacamole had no lemon it was tasteless. When the guy took my Oder he asked me if I wanted the meal Of two tacos with rice and beans or if I wanted them a la carte. Unpretentious little restaurant in a strip mall, with pleasant Mexican food. Serving whole fried little tortillas as "chips" is a unique touch. My shredded beef taquitos were possibly the best I've ever had -- nicely crispy, but not as greasy as a classic Rolberto's taquito. The beans and rice are beans and rice. This review is for the service. The food itself, I would say, is a 4 star. 4 adults and 3 kids is considered a large party, so expect an "18% large party service fee." The 18% would be fine if we were seated as a large party. Instead, they sat us at good table that fit us comfortably but then asked us to move after we got our drinks. They said they had a large party coming. But by the end of our meal they seated a party of 5 at our 1st table. I would also prefer they list the fee as an 18% mandatory tip rather than charge 18% and expect another 15% tip on top. That's 33% tip. however, you want to call it. We have been ordering at that restaurant for about two years. Food was always nice, tasty, nice people work there. Few times the food was late or order was incorrect- but it's ok, that happens sometimes and they always fixed it for us without a problem. We were always happy. Today we ordered few things to enjoy valentines dinner and 7 mares soup had a big piece of plastic bag inside (I'm guessing from the seafood maybe?). I pulled the very unpleasant surprise and recognized it but what if I would give this soup to someone else that just wanted to enjoy their meal without paying too much attention?
