Located in the downtown area, so keep in mind you'll have to pay for parkingthere's no valet. The ordering process is simple: order at the counter, then find a seat. The food was great, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that they close at 4:00 p.m., and around 3:30 p.m. they started sweeping, and cleaning around guests who were still eating. It made the atmosphere feel rushed and took away from the dining experience. Stumbled upon this while in town and was a bit shocked by the prices at first, but once we got the food, it definitely was worth it. Service is pretty good. Parking can be a pain, but I think that's just miami/wynwood in general, and loved the fact that they were plenty of seating. Their pancakes are so good and from what I saw the French toast looked just as amazing. Definitely recommend. P.S. I don't live in Miami, so I'm not too fond of about two extra service charges on top of taxes on top of another fee....thats a bit excessive but definitely happy we got to try this. read more

This was a nice surprise for Mother's Day. I work in the area and never knew this was here. Lol, obviously I need to get out more. It was early in the morning and we were the first guests to arrive. We were greeted upon entering. There are menus at the counter by the register which you can take to a table to decide what you want. After making your selection, you'll have to go up to the register to order and pay. Our orders consisted of Eggs Benedict. Pancakes Platter & Tiramisu Pancakes. They brought our food to our table as they were ready. We oohed and aahed at how pretty our pancakes looked. One of my husband's Eggs Benedict was cooked a little longer than he likes but he still enjoyed it. My daughter and I loved our pancakes. Stopped by Miam Cafe on an early Friday afternoon. There is seating inside and out, and so we ordered our food and grabbed a table outside. I got the scrambled egg toast, which was pretty big! It was pretty good, not seasoned very much so it tasted a little bland overall. But I love scrambled eggs, so the concept of having it on a sort of open face sandwich is a good idea. My sister got the coffee which looked good, and she said also tasted good too. Service was good and we didn't have to wait too long to get our food. The food here is really good and aesthetically pleasing as well, and the portions are big definitely consider sharing, otherwise it can get pricey and you might end up wasting food. I've been twice and have seen people leave full plates behind several times. On my visit, I spent about $50 on a stack of dulce de leche pancakes, a caramel macchiato, a side of home fries, and a strawberry croissant. If you're with someone, I'd recommend ordering these and splitting them. The pancakes were tasty, though a bit dense; making them airier would improve them. The strawberry croissant was okay, but I'd personally prefer it filled with strawberry cream cheese rather than jam. Also, they warmed it, but the jam inside was still cold, which I didn't love. I also tried my sister's cheese danish, which was good, though the pastries are on the pricier side. The caramel macchiato didn't taste very caramel-y and didn't have caramel sauce, but the cold foam was excellent. I also got to try the club sandwich and home fries. Delicious. My friend also said her smoothie was amazing. The main downside is the space...it's very small with limited seating. They do have a little outdoor seating too, but it was too chilly when we visited. I wouldn't recommend it for groups larger than three unless you're doing takeout. It's not designed for people to be there for a long time. I also wish there was a clear sign up saying that you order at the register. On my first visit, there was no seating available and we weren't sure what to do. It's a place that seats you or anything it's legit cafe style like Starbucks where you just come in and hope to find a seat. Once seated, we figured out on our own that you place your order at the register, though staff will bring the menu to you if it's not busy. QR codes on tables or walls would be a great addition. Parking is either paid street parking or a paid garage/lot, with street parking being the cheapest option. read more

Cute little shop off las olas but right next to the court house and in a lawyer corporate building, therefore parking isn't great. We went early morning after working out so we quickly and there was no line. They had a buy one get one for the croissants so of course I got the almond and Nutella. I love walking around las Olas, and decided to do a quick stop to grab a bite and some coffee. I've gone to the other Miam Cafe in Wynwood, and was happy that now there is one closer to me. The cafe is small inside, but there is also outdoor seating. The employees were attentive and everyone was pleasant and quick to bring the order out, as well as cleaning up the tables after guests left. Holy pancakes! My fiance and I stopped by Miam Cafe for brunch this past weekend and they did not disappoint. The inside of the cafe is tiny - roughly 3 tables and 6 bar stools. They did have 4-5 tables outside too. However, the views leave much to be desired as you're left looking at the Broward County Court House. They're a bit pricey at $24 a plate but they were delicious and I'm glad I got to try them at least once. read more

I went into the Fort Lauderdale location and it was smaller than expected but there weren't many people there (we went at 3pm) so we were able to find a table and order easily. The staff were respectful and took note of our requests, not as much positive energy as I expected (basically silently leaving instead of "you're welcome" or "of course" or "enjoy"). One thing that stood out was when a staff member noticed my partner dropped his fork by accident, he brought one without us asking. Pretty attentive and considerate of him! Now onto the food and drinks: they were on the pricier side, but they were DELICIOUS! All of it looked fancy and tasted amazing. We ordered an iced strawberry matcha and a tiramisu latte and both were so good and looked so pretty! As for the food, we ordered a Miam croissant; super tasty super pretty, tasted so fresh with the combo of cold avocado and smoked salmon with warm poached eggs. Actually gas. Then for the sweet contrast we ordered nutella pancakes. When I tell you those were the THICKEST most FLUFFIEST pancakes i've ever eaten--!!! The not-too-sweet pancakes made the nutella pop and satisfied the sweet tooth without making the dish overly sweet and sugary. I typically have a sweet tooth and high sweetness tolerance, but that was actually super well balanced flavor. We also ordered bread w jam and butter and a spinach empanada. The empanada was unfortunately lukewarm and cold in the middle, but it tasted really good with the greenish sauce on the side (i would guess pesto mayo but I'm not sure). The jam that came with the bread though-- I can't recall the last time I ate a berry jam that good! Took it home with the leftovers of course. Tldr: Price: somewhat pricey Food: abaolutely delicious (only one item cold) Ambiance: nice ambiance, get your own utensils, napkins, sugar packets. Service staff respectful. read more

This cute spot just opened up close to work. Decided to try a dessert since the lunch menu was very expensive. I got the strawberry tart. It was not great. Although the actual strawberries seemed fresh, the consistency and taste of the tart felt like it was previously frozen. I will not order dessert again from here. My girlfriend went here for lunch today while I was at work. She offered to bring me back something that I could have for dinner, so I picked out the Mediterranean salad. This is perhaps the worst salad I've ever ordered from a restaurant. The menu boasts a description of all sorts of good thing to expect from this salad, however upon recieveing it, it is quite literally 1/3 of a bag of Arugilla one might find at publix or Trader Joe's for $3, 1 cherry tomatoe, 2 olives, a dusting of feta, and the tipping point for me, so little quino that if i took a few moments, I'd have no problem counting every grain. All this for over $20. I'd be surprised if this cost them over $2 to manufacture. We will never be going back here, and take caution for those of you who want to. read more
