I have been threading my eyebrows for as long as I can remember and for my first visit here I was left very impressed! Usually I get my eyebrows threaded and they do it with such force and hurry that it causes me to tear up, but Magel has such gentle hands and took her time so it didn't hurt one bit. I typically have to tell other places to just clean my brows to prevent from them being left thin (and even with saying that they still leave them that way or disproportionate) so I will definitely be returning and seeing Magel so I can return to my original thicker brows :) read more

This place is awesome, I especially love getting my henna tattoos done. I usually show a picture of the design that I want, and the lady draws it on my hand. The lady takes her time, and does a wonderful job. I get nothing but compliments, and the price is great starting off at $10, depending on the size of your design. Let me begin by saying there will never be anyone better than Rekha at Yodi Threading Spa on Coral Way and my standards are ridiculously high when it comes to my eyebrows. That said, these things are highly subjective and much like relationships, when you find "the one", you just know. I would say that Miami Threading Spa is a decent option in the FIU area. I can't always make it out to Yodi and this is within the radius of a quick lunchtime errand. I hadn't looked too closely when I was there but when I got home I noticed that she missed a lot, I'm sure if I had pointed it out she would have been happy to fix it. Again, with Rekha, she just knows without me having to say anything, but it would be crazy of me to expect that everywhere I go. I also liked that they offered a punch card which Yodi used to do but stopped. This is $12 versus Yodi's $10 so there is a price difference. I would return in a pinch. read more

We went and Soni was the one who threaded our eyebrows and also tinted my mother's. She did an excellent job. My mom is very picky and absolutely loved it. She took her time and didn't rush like everywhere else, and fixed my moms eyebrows which are uneven and also tinted them due to her hairs failing and having holes. She was very thorough and patient. I came here randomly because I work at FIU and I needed to do my eyebrows so I googled somewhere nearby; I would usually go to International mall to thread them. Totally different experience than I was used to at Intl' mall where they were very rough, it was usually a very painful experience and my eyebrows usually came out thinner than I wanted. This place is amazing; I can't remember the woman's name but she is the sweetest and she has a gentle touch. She also let me know that they were pretty much butchering my eyebrows at Intl' mall.
