Similar to what I am (now) reading with some of the reviews of this business, I too had a very difficult time with getting the service I paid for completed. For the first appointment, despite confirming the appointment a few days earlier, nobody showed up. It took several hours for somebody from the business to get back to me and tell me what happened. The window they give you is 3-4h. That's a big chunk of time to block in your day, only to get a no-show. It is quite frustrating and unprofessional. We rescheduled, and again nobody showed up on the agreed upon time and date. I started to worry that I had fallen for a scam, because I pre-paid for the service and was left feeling ignored. Otherwise I would not have taken on the trouble of continuously trying to coordinate receiving the service I already paid for. Third try was a success, and a 2 person crew came out. They were professional and courteous and did a fine job on the car. read more

He let the event coordinator know and made a formal announcement that all profits made that day would be given to the family and He can't provide daily earnings for my son's fundraiser as a business owner. This guy lacks the skills to successfully run a high-end business. It's clear the owner doesn't value their business, just look at the reviews. The owner's lack of investment in their business is apparent when you read these reviews. Had a gift certificate for $125, so I called the business phone number and got a "hello". Not sure that I called the correct number, so I asked, "is this Anthony Autospa"? "Yes", so I made an appointment for Friday at 8am. He said, "text me the address" and I said that this was a home phone. He took down my address and promptly forgot about my appointment. I am over the moon elated with what a stunningly thorough job Anthony, Eli, and Johnny did detailing two motorbikes and my Ford Transit camper van for me today. Booking service was fluid using his website. They had another client booked for the next day also up here in Altadena and asked if they could move my appointment to the same day to get us all handled together and of course that was no issue. Great communication via personal text, auto-text and telephone. The boys showed up totally on time today after detailing my Pasadena Motorcycle Club brother's bike and got right to work on my machines. I had never had my GS detailed before and wow! Now it looks like it did when it was new! Then they attacked my Triumph Thunderbird Sport and got every single little crevice shiny like new again too. All this and I didn't have to scrape all the skin off my knuckles anymore! Then we emptied out my camper van and the guys got all the ash and dust and dog hair cleaned out. Again, just like new again in there. Then they shampoo'd the exterior and gave it all a good scrub. Pricing is so reasonable for the effort and specialty tools they deploy. Anthony told me his life-story and that just made me appreciate him more how he has overcome adversity in his life by working hard. I sure understand that! He is a good dude and as it turns out we know lots of the same people. He's going to come back on Friday and take my sad, neglected FXLR to his buddy to get that running again for me and of course clean it up and detail it for me so, yeah, yesterday I was thinking of selling that bike, but I think I'll be motivated to keep it around for a little longer with Anthony's help and attention. BEWARE!! On October 30th I had an appointment and was quoted $199 to steam clean my car engine and paid by credit card, Anthony said the charges were all declined and kept swiping my cards. I then wound-up driving all the way to the bank and withdrew an extra $200 in cash to pay him. Anthony charged me over 5 times on my credit cards for a total over $1200.00, The next day I saw that the credit cards WERE CHARGED for each swipe he made. I Immediately contacted him to let him know and asked him to PLEASE remove the additional charges, which he could have easily done that day with a simple phone call. Nothing yet.... After many emails, texts and personal visits to Anthonys AutoSpa, he has assured me each time he would take care of it, i'm still waiting. read more

I had scheduled an appointment with Anthony to detail my car at my home, which was 4 1/2 miles from him and he did not show for my appointment. When I called him, he said he was stuck in another detail, and could not make it. Today I had a reschedule appointment with Anthony for 9 AM to detail my car and by 9:30 AM I had not heard from him. I called him and text him and I did not receive a response ever. He may be good in detailing cars, but if he doesn't show up to do the job that is poor customer service. It is also disrespectful to the customer because I took time off work both times to meet with him and he didn't have the decency to call me and tell me he had to reschedule. read more

On Thursday got text to confirm but they changes the price and the package on Happy Detailer(same service different name and increased price over 40%). Wish i could give zero stars but that isn't an option. Had my husbands bike washed for a fundraiser Anthony was promoting for my friends 8 month old baby that passed away then come to find out Anthony kept over $500 of the proceeds for himself claiming all the bikes he washed were for his appointments. We had Anthony put a ceramic coat on our new GMC Truck in 2022. His attention detail is amazing. We have had him come back several times to detail the truck and it still looks brand new! We just had Anthony and his team detail our Airstream Trailer. They did a beautiful job. They were very careful and the trailer never looked better.
