I cant say it was the worst but it wasn't the best. I have a mini split that has not worked properly since I had it. It has not been six months. Had to call regarding it never blowing out cold air, supposedly a leak and something needed replaced or he didnt have e something. Now heat not working. The guy came out but didnt want to get wet Saturday. That's all I heard him saying besides he don't see no leaks, him being on his phone, and him refilling something, and he was so ready to before it rain. read more

It's very unfortunate that I am having to write this review. We have had Michael and Son come out once before last year to do some work and we were very pleased. This time around, not so much. In June of 2025 Michael and Son came out to our home to do some work underneath our kitchen sink where we were dealing with water damage and mold. Ali came out and he was great, very sociable and answered any and all questions promptly. We were told that if there was a leak anywhere that they would find it and fix it. We scheduled to have the work done, which also essentially took us out of our kitchen for over a week, with 2 young children, and paid thousands of dollars for what needed to be done. About 3 weeks ago, we found that the mold and water damage had come back underneath the kitchen sink. We immediately reached out to our insurance company, who sent a company (not Michael and Son) out to look at the damage. We were told by the technician who came that the issue causing this to come back should have been detected by Michael and Son when the work was initially done. We then reached out to Michael and Son, who we were told on the phone would call us back, which never happened. We left another voicemail a few days later, once again no response. A few days later, I emailed Ali personally about the issue and he responded right away, once again showing great customer service. Michael and Son then came back out to the house, over a week ago and ultimately said if it was a leak causing it again that they were no way for them to detect it the first time, the complete opposite of what we were told. We asked for a manager to reach out to us, which has never happened. Like I said, this is very unfortunate that I am having to write this as we have had a good experience before, but after spending the amount of money that we did, and then having the problem come back and not even being able to have a phone call returned is disappointing. read more

I didn't like when he told me that the AC/Heating system needs to be replaced, but that wasn't his fault. The system is 31 years old. He showed me pictures of the rust on the coils etc. The Ductwork is also in bad shape . He gave me the phone numbers for two companies that do ductwork. read more

If there are any problems, their checklist will indicate with color codes yellow and red. All green is good! My unit has been working flawlessly for 9 years. I wasn't upset with the pricing. I didn't pay for the service. $615 Dollars to hang a ceiling fan isn't competitive. The home owner was paying to have it done to save time and your dispatch assigned a technician that didn't even show up to work that day and didn't realize it until I called twice. The tech that finally show up at almost 8 pm (appointment was scheduled for 3pm). Told me the guy wasn't even at work. The quote was just the icing on the cake. You guys are horrible. read more

Called to get normal maintenance scheduled for my heat-pump. Everything went great and was super easy with scheduling. On my day of service I was texted information on my technician Justin Kein and he called me to tell me how far out he was. Justin arrived promptly during my scheduled window and within the time frame he estimated his arrival. He provided excellent service, explained what he was doing and even showed me photos of my blower unit when he suggested adding a biologic cleaning to my services. Zach was my electrical technician/expert for several jobs at my new house move-in. He wired up a doorbell and was very conscientious about what is aesthetically pleasing and careful about his work, as he had to cut through the drywall for my security system to be installed.
