They showed me the faulty areas on the wax ring that was causing the leak and explained every step in the process for replacing it as they were performing the work. As someone with no experience in this type of work I mostly enjoyed their professional attitude, quality of work and clean up afterward, as well as their simple explanation for the problem and solution. I was glad to see the previous positive reviews of Baybreeze held up through my first hand experience.

The other companies gave me patronizing vibes and quotes that felt like total scams. Everything changed when I called Baybreeze. Robin, the owner, is incredibly down-to-earth. He gave me a very reasonable quote right over the phone and--strangely enough in this day and age--didn't ask for a single cent until the entire job was finished. I was honestly stunned by that level of trust and integrity. Monty and Mike handled the actual work, and they were fantastic. They were polite, courteous, and the quality of their work was exceptional--all at a fraction of the cost of the other guys. It's rare to find a team that combines great craftsmanship with honest pricing. Baybreeze is officially on my speed dial for any future plumbing or gas needs. If you want a fair price and professional service without the runaround, call these guys!"

It's really the technician that did the scope with the camera and the manager for not helping correct the situation a few weeks back I had an overflowing clean out valve. Roto-Rooter came by and cleaned it out after they dropped the scope down to determine the issue. The scope technician told my husband that there was a partial blockage and we had anywhere from 3 to 6 months to get it fixed or it would backflow again. Not even a month later we experience the same issue of overflowing clean out pipe. I call Roto-Rooter as they told me we had a six month warranty and if it backed up again, they would come out and snake it again for us for free. Apparently, when they did the original scope and found a partial blockage, it turned out to be a complete broken pipe, and that they pulled the warranty without letting us know. No recipet of this issue was sent or any information of a completely broken pipe was brought to our attention and absolutely no mention of pulling the warranty was talked about. After the technician spoke to the manager, apparently the manager did not approve for the technician to help me clear the issue and that they would have to charge me 500$ to snake the line again even after letting them know I was not made aware that the system was completely blocked... The only solution apparently is to install a $4300 city clean out which may not completely fix the issue. Definitely get a second opinion before you go with this company.

Not sure if it is a company issue or just the individual tech we had out. Ryan Obregon was our…read moretech. He came out to inspect why we had no AC and told us that we had a large refrigerant leak. He told us that our system was outdated and took r22 which was expensive to replace and therefore recommended a complete replacement. He quoted us $8000-$18000 to replace our unit for a 1400sqft home. I discovered by looking at the manufacturer's label on the unit that ours was r410a refrigerant, which is newer and less expensive. The unit was only 10 years old. When confronted with this, Ryan offered to come out and find the leak for free and quoted me a ballpark of $3000 to fix the leak and refill the unit. Not trusting this anymore I contacted another AC company who came out. They discovered the system had 0 refrigerant in it but were unable to locate a leak. They filled it with nitrogen overnight to test if the pressure dropped and it didn't indicating the leak was likely a pinhole size. They repaired the line using ez seal and refilled it, which cost about $500 total. The new guy from the other company stated he questioned if the previous company had actually drained my refrigerant as he said there is no way a pin hole leak would lead to 0lbs of refrigerant in the system and not be detectable unless it's been empty for years. With this he stated that a new unit our size with labor would likely be $3000-$3500 tops with labor. All this to say, be cautious with this company, or at the very least this tech. Seems to be a very sleazy way of doing business. It's a shame that some take advantage of less informed people to make money.
