I experienced extreme lower back pain prior to Thanksgiving. As a result I was bed ridden with minor mobility and feeling hopeless. Desperate I called chriopracter after chriopracter to no prevail because of the holiday weekend. OMG! I can't believe I am walking without limping. Dr. Biezinski has corrected all that I've been through. Even with other Chiropractor who have a machine that uses pounds. Which Never helped. For a year or more I'd go. Now, I don't even have the pain I was suffering so long with. Since 2000 to now (2017). I was having epidermals quarterly for 3-4 years. On top of that Vicodin about 4 X's a day or as needed. I could only take 1/2 of the pills because it was to strong for me; and, that was the generic one. No more pills for me!!! Pain pills are only a bandages and are bad for us. Sure it covers the pain But, the problem never goes away. I am So thankful for Nicole who referred me to Dr. Biezinski! She told me Dr. Biezinski is so good! He knows what he's doing. I'm telling you he really does!!!!! He's genuine and sincere. Very caring about his patients. Everyone leaves so Happy! Especially me. I have been coming in for over 3 months. Really helped the nagging pain in my mid back and neck area. Super helpful in letting me know other stretches and activities I should or shouldn't do to further decrease any on going discomfort. Great with working around my schedule very accommodating. Also one day my battery died and he went back to his house to get his jumper cables to give my car a jump. I have been getting Chiro adjustments for 15+ years. My last one, who I would drive 30 minutes each way, and had for 7 years, simply was not helping my issue any longer. My left arm, rotater cuff area was in so much pain, I slowly lost the ability to lift the arm. He would adjust, adjust & adjust it, after 4 months he recommended an MRI. I suffered another 2 months as he constantly told me my shoulder was "in". The MRI was scheduled for 2 weeks out... at this point I decided to call Dynamic Chiropractic on Santa Teresa for a consultation. I know my body, and I respond very well to chiro work and I was not getting the type of adjustment any longer that was effective. I found Dr. Bieganski on a Google search and I am so glad I did. He was willing to work with me at a very fair price (discounted because of my Kaiser coverage). At my first visit I could hardly walk. My lower back has caused me problems for more than 20 yrs. I can honestly say that after 3 visits I felt better than I have in years. He was able to identify the real problem (my hips!) and treat the muscles accordingly. He gave me very helpful stretches to do on my own and I have been pain free for over 3 months now. Michael has done wonders for me. 2 1/2 years ago a doctor put me on some medication for acid reflux. At the time, I thought the issue was stress, but the doctor insisted I take the medication and it did relieve the symptoms. Fast forward 2 years and I changed doctors. My new doctor wanted to find out what was causing the symptoms and started some very expensive tests. My next appoint with Michael and he asked what the tests were for (my copay dropped substantially due to the large $$ out of pocket for tests) When I told him - he said that he could help with that and he did! I am no longer taking the medication. Symptoms are from stress carried in my back. Michael continues to do adjustments and symptoms are now practically non-existent!
