On my drive home, I lost several lashes on my right lash line. Throughout the next two weeks, I continued to lose lashes rapidly from the right side. By the time I returned for my fill (after two weeks) there were very few lashes left on my right side and my left side still looked ok. Customer Service Review: I made a fill appointment (in person) on the day I got my lashes for two weeks later (today). Since I did not reply to the overload of calls, texts and emails, they cancelled my appointment. I made the appointment in person...I should not have to make an extra effort to confirm it again. The receptionist was very unapologetic. He said I can only be "fit in," but that it would be a wait. I made an appointment so I would not have to wait. I looked at her after pics and they were so beautiful and so natural. Exactly what I was looking for. I was still so nervous, but made the appointment. The appointment was for Nano brows. My stomach was in knots.She was so patient and so nice! She explained the process so throughly. When I knew she was about to start the tattoo process I was getting so nervous. Then she started. My right eyebrow only felt pressure if anything at all, this was without the numbing cream. Left eyebrow was a little worse, but not that had. She does a once over and then applies the numbing cream. Once the numbing cream is on, you don't feel a thing. Maybe once in a while, but nothing like I was expecting. I can't recommend The Brow Habitat enough.
