I scheduled a massage here for my mom with Mel. She was so great and specialized in the areas of pain. My mom had nothing but good things to say. I really enjoy having my hair done at Seasons. All of the girls in the shop are polite and friendly, and it is a relaxing environment. Devan is my stylist, and I love her. I have high expectations when it comes to my color and cut, and she always delivers. She also does my boys' hair; they are seven and five, and she has done a great job of giving them cuts that are both age appropriate and stylish. My seven-year-old particularly enjoys having his hair washed. I have to agree with him; I could sit there and get my hair washed all day long! read more

Devan or Freedom has done my hair a handful of times, and they have been amazing, I've gotten a balayage, ombre, a cut, scalp treatment, and many more I've developed a trust with my hair to only her, she's very professional, sweet and understanding of what you want. I really like my stylist but when it comes to professionalism and creating a stress free time, I did not get it here. My stylist l, Irene, never gave a scalp massage or did anything extra. Came to find out by multiple people and multiple websites the hair is only $80-$100. They up mark their hair tremendously. My review is referencing the stylist (KC) and the young receptionist, not the salon in general. I'm sure the others are really great. The salon itself is aesthetically pleasing and decently done. I chose this stylist after reading about her years of experience and expertise. First time there, a few minutes early for my appointment to then wait 35-40 minutes late. Been to a lot of salons, I understand it's easy to fall behind but that's where professionalism could have replaced what actually happened, which was nothing. No sorry I'm a little behind, nothing. I sat in the lobby watching the stylists, not realizing KC was one of them directly insight, as I didn't recognize her from the website photo, she looked so different in person. There didn't seem to be any urgency at all as she paused, conversed etc. I only learned from the receptionist and asked her if it was normal for her to not keep her appointments like this. She said " WHat do you mean"??? HuH? I responded with my appointment time. She just looked confused. ??? When KC finished & came to the front desk with her customer, the receptionist whispered something to her and the greeting was then cold and unfriendly. Once in the chair I tried to let it go, but it was awkward. I showed her a picture of what I would like, asked her if she thought that would work on my hair and she said, Well, I don't know your hair so I don't know. I should have left then, but didn't. Didn't know my hair? Maybe not my hair but professionals know hair types in general. I tried to make small talk but she said as little as possible and spoke to anyone else besides me. I've never been in a more awkward position. That was a lot of time of feeling awkward. 2-3 hours. She was intentionally rough during the massage and rinse, and it was an all around worse experience I've had at ANY salon. I've never had a stylist conduct themselves or react like she did. My hair didn't really come out the way I'd asked and she left me under heat too long intentionally as well. I will never return to her after the immature and unprofessional treatment I experienced there . If I was the salon owner, this would really be an issue as KC reflects her establishment. My visit was in March. Should've waited to see Devan (Freedom) as she was my first choice. read more

I chose this salon for two reasons...One, from an employee who recommended it and Second from past experiences at Aveda salons. I am particular about my hair and when I find a stylist I like I really don't like to change. Well, since this employee is new I am not able to schedule a return appointment until her "probationary period" is over.
