Before the procedure, he spoke proudly about his hand technique being more skilled than using a laser machine. Unfortunately, my experience was devastating. The procedure removed layers of skin much more deeply than I expected, and the skin never recovered properly. I was left with permanent scarring and have spent more than 10 years trying to correct the damage and improve the appearance of my face. During my recovery, I was also asked to backdate a release so that he could continue treating me. I found that request deeply troubling and inappropriate. What makes this especially difficult is that I have to see the results every day when I look in the mirror.
