I asked his opinion of what might be best for my face and he suggested a brow lift and a facelift which included my neck. The thought of the brow lift initially scared me so I was reticent and thought perhaps I shouldn't do it. What I loved was that Dr. Lavey did not push me into the brow lift it at all. After another consult I decided to proceed with the brow lift in addition to my facelift and I'm so glad I did. What a huge difference. I was given a prescription for a strong pain medication to use after the procedure if I wanted, but I never needed anything other than over the counter Tylenol. All that worrying was for not because there was no pain with my procedures! It's more of a weird feeling because things are tight and numb. Incredible! Thank you thank you to Dr. Lavey and his staff for making me feel pretty again.

I'm a bigger lady and, because of that, need the bigger blood pressure cuff. The woman who took my blood pressure in the office used a small blood pressure cuff, causing a false reading of high blood pressure because it was severely constricting my arm. When I mentioned to her that I'm just fat but don't have high blood pressure, she just shrugged me off and told me to go to my doctor every few days to have my blood pressure checked leading up to the surgery. My doctor, being an actual medical professional, took my blood pressure correctly and determined that I did not have high blood pressure and immediately questioned if the woman that attempted to first take my blood pressure was even a doctor. Hilarious, inconvenient, but ultimately no big deal. My surgery date came and went and I immediately noticed afterward that I was having issues holding my pee. I mentioned this to the "medical" staff at Dr Stompro's office and they informed me that this is normal after surgery and that it should go away with time. When it didn't, I brought it up again and one of the "medical" staff at Dr. Stompro's office pointed out that it may be because of weakness in my abdomen or because of fat putting pressure on my bladder?? I don't know, whatever. So I continue on. I ignored it, I tried to treat it, and here we are. Y'all, I'm THREE YEARS past the surgery and I'm not even 30 and I'm still incontinent from this surgery. I've gone to a urologist that was too fat-phobic to even try to diagnose me, a physical therapist that figured it had to be because my pelvic floor was weak (then she determined it isn't), and another specialist that has finally determined that it may be a nerve issue (further testing needed). All we know is that I wasn't incontinent before the surgery and I am now. I called Dr. Stompro's office recently for the paperwork associated with my surgery so that I can pass it along to the specialist to see if it helps to determine a cause of the incontinence (and thus a fix) and the front desk person was rude for no reason?? I think she assumed I was getting the paperwork to sue?? I'm sure they all know I would have been able to sue because, and I cannot express this enough, INCONTINENCE IS NOT AN EXPECTED OUTCOME FOR LIPOSUCTION. Look, if I weren't outside of the statute of limitations I WOULD sue but, since I am, I just want to stop being incontinent. I'm still fat after my liposuction, which I don't mind! I'm soft and shapely and I love that, I just want to stop peeing on myself randomly. I'm now leaving reviews everywhere and filing a complaint against this office - I spent nearly $15,000 to be incontinent for potentially the rest of my life. I'd recommend another office, another doctor, another everything.

I was always worried that they would only care about getting me to have as much work done as possible, without truly caring about my outcome or recovery, as long as they were able to bill as much as possible. I was also worried that I would need a brachioplasty (arm lift) due to the scarring it may leave behind, especially given that I have melanated skin. From the moment I walked through the doors at Elite MD, I was greeted with such a refreshing attitude. They listened to my concerns, honored what I actually wanted to have done, and never once tried to push additional procedures I wasn't inquiring about. In April, I underwent arm liposuction, and the experience, from the procedure itself all the way through my healing journey up to this point, has exceeded every expectation I had. Dr. Vivek Bansal and PA-C Tony Ho were exceptional throughout the procedure. The surgery was performed under local anesthesia, and even as I drifted in and out of sleep, I never once felt alone or afraid. The team checked in on me consistently throughout, offering reassurance and making sure I was comfortable at every moment. Despite working on my arms, they made sure to handle and reposition me with such gentleness and care that I always felt I was in safe hands. What also stood out to me was their refreshing honesty from the very beginning. Before I ever committed to anything, they sat down with me and were completely transparent: one-third of my results would be in their hands, one-third would come down to my genetics, and one-third would simply be unknown. They were equally candid about aligning my expectations with what they realistically anticipated my outcome to be, so that I was never caught off guard at any stage. That kind of integrity is rare, and it immediately put me at ease. The care didn't stop after the procedure. Roxana Danelson, my massage therapist, was an absolute gem throughout my recovery. Her lymphatic drainage massage sessions were incredibly supportive of the healing process, and she consistently provided personalized recommendations for what I could do between appointments to achieve the best possible outcome. Dr. Bansal and PA-C Tony Ho have also continued to check in on me regularly to monitor my progress and provide nutritional guidance, making sure that not only the healing of my arms was going smoothly, but so was this journey toward a healthier me. From the start, Dr. Bansal was upfront that even with Awake VASER® Liposuction and Renuvion® J-Plasma, a small brachioplasty might still be needed to fully achieve my goal, but that they would do everything in their power to get me as close as possible with this procedure. I am still in the early stages of my healing journey, and yet to say I am in awe of how my arms have already begun to transform is an understatement. I am incredibly excited for what is still to come as I continue to heal and progress. What truly sets Elite MD apart, though, is the heart behind everything they do. The warmth and kindness you feel from every single person there isn't a performance, it's genuine. They have cultivated an environment where you feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. Over the course of my treatment and recovery, they have continued to cheer me on and be openly honest with me the way only family can be. If you are considering any cosmetic procedure and want a team that will be honest with you, invest in your outcome, and walk alongside you through every step of your journey, I cannot recommend Elite MD enough. They truly are the greatest team one could possibly hope to be cared for by.

He was driving and collapsed forward in pain and could not regain a sitting position. It took 6-8 weeks of testing, imaging, medications and overwhelming frustration and concern. We ended up in Dr. Gardiner's office where he carefully examined the data, including approximately 50 needle samplings through our son's liver to the sight of a 2 in. mass. After Dr. Gartiner's review, he looked our 22 yr old son in the eye and said, Let's just get it out and evaluate the entire mass. My son was relived. The surgery had many complications since the mass had grown around the vena cava -- one wrong move and he could have bled out on the table. The diagnosis came in stages, took 6 weeks, and was found to be an extremely rare type of "tumor", an infection may be a better term. We were referred to the appropriate doctor/medical discipline and he was on Big Guns antibiotics for months. I give Dr. Gardiner credit for saving our son's life -- it was really close! The pain was under control, however I did get very sick on the narcotics they gave me. I can't handle narcotics, so that wasn't really their fault. It is the second day and although I spend much time resting, I think each day gets better. My husband mentioned a painful bodily issue I had experienced and Dr. Lee completely cut him off. He was somewhat dismissive regarding my pain issues following surgery done by Dat Tien Nguyen. He commented that I should simply be happy that the two breast lumps were not cancerous and basically to get over it; meaning the injuries and pain. I told him I was grateful the lumps were not cancerous, yet my pain was unbearable and I had blood oozing from my nipple. After he saw the blood coming out of my nipple he seemed to understand my pain and issues were legit. He did order blood work and an ultrasound, which was good. He reaffirmed what other pain specialists had told me; the nerve damage suffered during Nguyen's surgery would be with me for life. The nerve pain was and IS in my breast and runs down into my ribs. I told Dr. Lee I had seen Dr. Peter Wong at Tri Valley Physicians about a week prior to my visit with him. I told him Dr. Wong prescribed an antibiotic for an infection, which I soon learned I did not have. Dr. Lee also reaffirmed that patients should not be treated with antibiotics if they do not have an infection; as was my case. Keep that in mind folks; be certain you actually DO have an infection before being treated for an infection. I had the ultrasound performed, yet wasn't called with the results as promised. I called his office and an employee, Frida took my message regarding the test results. Frida (hope I am spelling her name correctly) was a gem. She is a nice lady, compassionate and very professional. She gave Dr. Lee my message, yet he still failed to call with the test results. I called again the following day, as I'd been waiting on pins and needles for the test results. Frida said my test results were setting on his desk and had been for a couple days. I could tell she was frustrated too that he had not yet called me. Finally, Dr. Lee did call with the test results, yet he did not speak to me. Instead he left very detailed, private medical testing information on my answering machine. I was livid when I retrieved the message. I called him and expressed being angered by him leaving the detailed testing results on my answering machine for my children to hear and he did not care. ...HIPAA violation. You guessed it, another doctor added to the "Do Not Recommend" list. Sadly, that list has become very long.
