This is the same treatment I've had many times elsewhere with flawless results. The first round here didn't work at all. I went back for a touch-up, paid another $800. It still didn't work. I was told it was an issue with the botox. Despite paying essentially paying double, I decided to let that go and go get the third round of Botox. By the third round, my forehead was finally frozen - but my smile was destroyed. The left side now looks like I'm grimacing instead of smiling, and only with effort can I force it to look halfway normal. My natural smile is gone. I reached out with photos and a video showing the damage and specifically asked not to deal with the same injector who had already failed me twice. The very next day, he was the one who contacted me anyway. After I sent clear proof of the issue, the clinic disappeared and never responded. They took my money, botched my face, and ghosted me when I complained. Absolutely unacceptable - avoid this place at all costs.

I know for a fact that lab work for a bridge costs $1-200, so Dr. Steinberg was going to put $1,000 in his pocket for that temporary which would have been included in the $4,000 with any other dentist I've ever visited. The fix took no time and would've prevented them from calling me by the wrong name over and over. Then their dental hygienist, Galina gave me a cleaning that is straight out of a horror movie. This lady became upset with me that I refused to get an x-ray and proceeded to abuse me for it by being extra rough and lengthy. She was in a literal frenzy of rage as she cleaned my teeth. It was very disturbing and I requested to never be in her care again. My request was ignored and I had to take it upon myself to remind the receptionist every time I made a cleaning appointment that I did not want that Fascist touching me. But most egregious, was when Dr Levit replaced a crown for me. I had it for 15 yrs before it fell out and needed replacement. Upon initial placement, I felt that it did not properly line up with my teeth, being lower than the rest. I notified Dr Levit and he told me I was wrong and he knew what he was doing. 1 week later, it fell out. He put it in anew and it felt OK. 1 year later, the whole tooth was loose and bothering me. I came in and had a massive infection beneath the crown that extended into my jaw bone. Dr Levit immediately blamed me, saying I must have bitten something that cracked the crown. Nothing like that had happened though. He removed the crown and attempted to clear the infection, but ultimately said he had to send me to a root canal specialist. He also told me he would not charge me for his attempt to treat me. He lied. My insurance was charged and I then had to pay out of pocket to the specialist because my allotment had run out. The specialist also told me that there was no crack in the crown. Dr Levit had applied it improperly so bacteria was able to seep under it and eat away my jaw bone. Now I will need an implant.
