GREAT DOCTOR. GREAT STAFF…read more In what alternative universe did a few people posting negative reviews see Dr. Grabow or interact with his staff? I've been a patient for several years. He is an excellent doctor. I have never been treated better by any staff. His staff is kind and addresses my questions or concerns. They call me back when I ask for something that can't be immediately addressed. They have never refused a request for a copy of a record, as one poster complained, and I requested a copy of the same thing the other poster allegedly requested. Dr. Grabow has fought with the work comp insurance company to get me medicine, physical therapy, and more. It has to be a pain in the behind to have to argue with an insurance company over and above treating patients, but he has chosen to do so and I am grateful for his choice. I am unfamiliar with the work comp system and Dr. Grabow has answered questions that I have had about it. He could have told me to go read something online or that my questions were outside of my medical care or some other excuse, but instead, he shared knowledge with me. Dr. Grabow is under constant pressure from work comp insurance companies to reduce pain medications - or to stop pain medicine altogether, to stop physical therapy, to stop any treatment, to declare patients permanent and stationary, but he does not do so when the patient still needs what they need. I'm not saying that he is Superman and will win every battle with an insurance company, but he is not afraid to go to battle with them. When the work comp insurance company demanded I submit to a Qualified Medical Exam (QME), the outside doctor I had to see for the QME agreed 100% with Dr. Grabow's care plan. It hasn't stopped the insurance company fighting against everything all the time, but it sure felt good to have another pain management physician agree 100% with Dr. Grabow's care plan.

Dr. Graybow and his staff are all simply the best!! The office and the staff take great care of Dr…read moreGraybow's patients.

Such beautiful rooms. You never feel as if you're at a 'typical' doctors office!

I want to express how incredibly grateful I am for the care my grandma received in the Emergency…read moreDepartment at UCI Medical Center in Orange. From the moment Dr. June Sadiq walked into the room, I could tell he was genuine, compassionate, and truly cared about his patients. He took the time to listen, answered every question thoroughly, and made my grandma feel comfortable during a stressful time. What stood out most was that he never made us feel rushed. He was attentive, thoughtful, and kept checking on her throughout her visit, which meant so much to our family. When I asked if he could speak with my daughter over the phone to explain my grandma's test results, he didn't hesitate. He patiently went over everything, answered all of her questions, and made sure she understood the situation completely. That level of kindness, patience, and professionalism is rare. Dr. Sadiq is truly a gem. UCI Medical Center is incredibly fortunate to have him as part of its team. Thank you for treating my grandma with such compassion and dignity. We will never forget the difference you made.

We typically go to HOAG in Newport, should have gone there. Fairly convoluted process. Feel like…read morepatients are numbers or QR code and not people that need care. I understand that ER can be a bit chaotic but should not be this disorganized where it is difficult to get communication promptly. We went for an exam in a different room and when we got back our room was given away to another patient.
