We didn't even mention it to him but was on her hospital paperwork and he must have picked it up from reviewing them! After spending more than 90 minutes in the office, we were simply told to return to the same pain management doctor she had previously seen and intentionally chose not to go back to. Rather than showing empathy trying to understand why we were seeking another opinion, he questioned our decision and offered little meaningful guidance. The entire experience left us feeling dismissed, frustrated, and unsupported at a time when compassionate care was most needed.

The woman who answered the phone seemed perplexed by the mention of Groupon and left me on hold for about five minutes. Finally a man picked up the call and stated that he was the owner of this business. In order to begin this program I would have to go elsewhere and pay for an ekg and blood test before I could even make an appointment. Of course that would be more $$$$$ out of my pocket. Because there was no way that I would be able to jump through these hoops, the business owner advised me to contact Groupon and he would allow a full refund. So I contacted Groupon. The only way to contact Groupon is by "chatting" with a bot somewhere in Asia. I was informed that my request would have to be sent to an investigation unit and that I would be contacted within 24 hours. That was over a week ago and the Groupon is now expired. I contacted Groupon again today and was told exactly what was stated last time verbatim, that the request would be escalated and I would hear back in 24 hours. That translates into the merchant won't refund your money so kiss $90 goodbye. Btw I called around to other weight loss clinics in the area. None of them required an ekg and blood work, if needed was included in the cost of the program and would be done in house. In other words, if you spend $90 for this three week weight loss program you will also need to spend $hundreds for blood analysis and an ekg. Oh. And the fine print of the Groupon explicitly states that a refund would be given to candidates who do not qualify. SO WHERE IS MY REFUND?

I've been to 3 other doctors since and had imaging proving I do not have a leg length discrepancy. Not only did this waste my time in treating back pain and cost me money in buying expensive custom shoes but it also severely worsened my pain. Prior to seeing dr G I had my radiculopathy under control it's been 2 months since I saw him and it's still worse than when I saw him. I can't speak about his ability to do epidurals or nerve ablation but there are some unsettling reviews on here. TLDR Dr G should have had a full scanogram ( a special x ray done with rulers) done before telling me to push through the pain of shoe lifts but he didn't he is severely mistaken which is embarrassing as it's well known muscle guarding from a bulged disc can pull up a hip. A message to DR G please do some more research I know shoe lifts worked for you but everyone is different thanks for trying to think outside the box though I do appreciate that A message to a potential patient...get a second opinion!!! Dr. Patel recommended a PRP Injection which is the plasma injection. I visited twice and both times the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and kind! They walked me through the process and what to expect. During my injection process Dr. Patel guided me through the entire process from start to finish and her assistant helped with the distraction and pain. Overall it is a 10/10 experience and the injection was not as bad as people make it seem. They describe it has a bee sting but i would say a slight needle tap.
