I came in with a severe ear infection and met with Dr. Chapel for all of 5 minutes since he took a personal call while in the room and his phone kept going off. Then he told me he would send over an oral antibiotic and a ear drop antibiotic and I should feel better in 24 hours. His words exactly. I waited 4 hours to get the meds and trying to call into their office is a complete joke, their call center is completely rude and hung up on me multiple times and refused to help transfer me to the office just so I could ask when they were going to send my medication only for me to drive back to the office to finally get an answer. This continued for 3 days! I called the next day crying in absolute pain and finally got pain meds only for them to not work at all and today calling their on call doctor at 5am and not hearing back anything until I personally had to call to speak with his MA and was in such absolute pain that they were finally going to get in contact with the doctor. At this point I was so fed up I went to the ER and was immediately treated and cared for way better than this office even attempted. Their clinic manager, Sandy doesn't give two shits either and was almost blaming me for why my pain was so bad and making it out to be that I didn't follow my medications as directed. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! All I wanted was help and to get the adequate care I deserved and this place was a nightmare! Avoid it at all costs!!!!!!

I also greatly appreciate the honest when it came to pain and discomfort. No sugar coating. He said there's going to be some pain, but it would all be worth it. Honestly the mouth breathing for a week was awful, but that first inhale WAS worth it. I have already referred multiple people to him. Smooth process from start to finish. Could not be happier. Phenomenal doctor.

I would not recommend Biltmore ENT on 32nd Street…read more We drove an hour for my child's scheduled audiology appointment, only to find out they did not even have an audiology provider in the clinic that day. Instead of calling us ahead of time to cancel, they waited until we arrived and tried to blame the cancellation on us being nine minutes late. I had already sent two portal messages saying we were on our way. The receptionist, Kenya, was rude and unprofessional, and kept shifting blame instead of taking responsibility for the office not having the provider in that we were scheduled to see. This was after they also failed to send in my child's prescription on time, even though the medication was supposed to be taken for 2 weeks before the appointment. Completely disorganized and disrespectful. We have been patients for 4 years, but after today disaster, we will NOT be going back.

Once he and his receptionist knew I was consulting with another ENT doc, he dropped my case and asked me to go elsewhere. I begged him. We were hopeful that we might gain insight into a few recent health issues, so we were grateful for the referral. Dr. Haegen's office got approval for the CT scan through our insurance and we felt like we had all the info we needed. Dr. Haegen performed the CT scan and a nasal endoscopy during the visit. The information we received at the end of the visit was that my husband had a slightly deviated septum and a nasal polyp, neither of which was causing him any problems. Dr. Haegan said that doing repairs to either could cause more damage than surgery would probably fix. Two weeks later, we got a bill for almost $500!!! My husband initially called and spoke with someone who went over everything and apologized that the office hadn't communicated what the copays were. She said the way the office gets around this is by having people sign a blanket form accepting financial responsibility when they come in. When I called to ask additional questions, I was told that the form my husband signed in the waiting room "clearly explained" that there were procedures that might not be fully covered by insurance for which he would be responsible, and if he didn't want the nasal endoscopy or CT scan, he should have said no. All of this was said with a lot of attitude and no desire to help in any way...other than the doctor and the office. If you choose to go to this office, I would ask A LOT of questions about the exact costs, if there are any procedures they can skip, and I wouldn't count on them looking out for your best interests in any way. They won't.
