As a result, in July 2024 NYS disallowed the credit and placed me in collections. I have since met with you five times in your Jefferson Valley office. Each time you acknowledged the issue, but no corrective action was taken. Because of this, I now owe $490 in tax, penalties, and interest--a liability created solely by your inaction. R&G Brenner's own RGB Shield Accuracy Protection Guarantee states: "If you ever receive a letter from a taxing authority disputing a tax position, we'll help you rectify it. And if you are charged any penalties or interest as a result of an error we made, you're covered up to $2,000." My situation clearly falls within this guarantee: * I hired R&G Brenner for a paid, current-year return. * Your error caused the liability. * The amount owed ($490) is well under the $2,000 coverage. I am demanding that R&G Brenner immediately: 1. Assume responsibility for the $490 liability. 2. Submit a corrected filing to NYS to resolve the matter. 3. Provide written confirmation within 10 business days. If this is not resolved, I will escalate to the NYS Attorney General, Division of Consumer Protection, IRS Office of Professional Responsibility, and Westchester County Consumer Protection, and I am prepared to pursue civil action. We felt like our requests were not being respected and we were pressured to file one way because the preparer didn't want to spend more time figuring out the numbers for both married filing single and married filing separate. He literally sighed and said "thats going to take a loong time" and then proceeded to still not do what we asked, despite us asking multiple times. Spoke with Dan the second time and he was able to check both amounts within MINUTES with a click of a button. Customer service reached out and assured me that my amendment would be taken care of. However, when I went again in April (to a different location) the way that the first preparer did our taxes, it was NOT able to be amended. This mistake will cost me an extra $6,000 next year, which we cannot afford, on top of the $365 I paid to get my taxes done incorrectly (which I requested to have refunded due to HIS mistake and was denied), AND we got back $4-500 less than we would've gotten if he had done what I asked. I do not recommend getting your taxes done here. My husband could have done our taxes himself on TurboTax for 1/3 of the price, and saved $6k.

In just 1 session I was immediately brought the front door, unlocking the connection to my wiser self. SHORT STORY: Call and make the appointment. You won't regret it. Donna is great at what she does. She knows how to guide you on the path you wish to travel sort of speak. Her session pack a punch and is worth every penny and every minute. Be warned the deep relaxing sessions are addictive. You want to go back for more. You will feel a sense of happiness, refreshment and accomplishment when you "wake up" from your session. MORE DETATILS: I WAS skeptical about hypnosis. All I knew about it was from TV and movies. It's hokey and who wants to cluck like a chicken. Hey at one point of my life I viewed going to therapy was for the "weak". Now because of TV shows like the Sopranos, therapy is no longer a mystery and completely socially acceptable. Research. The key is to demystify hypnosis. I looked up a tons of videos and articles. I came across Donna's thorough and detailed videos. The way she talked about hypnosis was less scary, less magical and more scientific and practical. The videos help you get familiar not only with the process but with Donna who will guide you and make you feel more comfortable to make that call and make an appointment. Office. The office on the 1st floor and is conveniently located where there is lots of parking. The space is a typical office you'd expect, clean and tidy. You have a "pregame chat" or discovery chatI call it, then do the actual hypnosis in a nice cozy room. The process: -First you start with a pregame chat where Donna guides you with questions to explore what kind of things you would like to work on and what messages you want to suggest or impress upon your subconscious. -Then you head into the hypnosis room, where you sit in big comfy recliner with a big fuzzy blanket and lights dimmed down. -Next Donna plays some relaxing meditation music as she guides you into deep relaxation. She will get you into this deep and deeper relaxation state. Even if you have trouble focusing Donna's calm and soothing voice will allow you to just slow down. I promise. -When you reach this deep state of relaxation she will start saying suggestions about what you talked about earlier and slowly guided you back up to reality. - You "wake up" feeling amazing. The actual hypnosis will feel like hours when in reality it was only 10-15 minutes. Cost: I signed up for the 5 sessions. Price wise it is comparable to the cost of a phycologist. Well worth it! Hypnosis vs Therapy: I think therapy is wonderful and everyone can use someone to talk to. The con with therapy is that its a long process and you talk about stuff and discovery belief systems that don't serve you and talk about it some more on an Ego level. Hypnosis cuts to the chase! Identify the thought that does does not serve you and replace it with a thought that does serve you and programs you towards your goal. I have discovered more with Donna in our short period of time than I did in years of therapy. Again therapy is not bad. Its like going to a trainer and talking about a fitness plan versus actually doing it and seeing results. I wish you good luck on your hypnosis. You will love it.
