I went into the store today. Looking around trying to find a new bag I had one girl asked me three times if I needed help finding anything. And then was constantly following me around looking at me as if I was stealing something. I put my phone in my bag and they kept staring at me. I don't know if these girls don't understand that if you walk into a store like that that I didn't have money. This Michael Kors Outlet store just opened last week in the Napa Premium Outlets, right next door to Ann Taylor. My friend and I stopped in yesterday afternoon and we were really surprised at what a beautiful store it was! It's nice to see that the Napa Outlets is continuing to raise its profile with higher end names. The store is pretty much just purses and wallets. There is a small case of watches, some sunglasses, and some tech accessories (like iPad covers)... but the walls are pretty much covered in purses. I know it's an outlet store, but I was still surprised at how affordable the prices were. I'm used to seeing MK purses at $500 and $600, and these were all in the $200 range. All of the staff was friendly and super helpful. A tall blonde (Heidi?) helped us and she made a lot of great style suggestions. She pointed out that they had MK wallets that would perfectly match my friend's purse, even though it wasn't an MK purse. She even had me try on some mens watches that I was surprised looked good on me! (I'm usually more of a Timex Ironman watch kinda guy.) Four stars, not five, because they didn't have any of the beautiful/sexy Michael Kors shoes! :( The one quirky thing about the store is that it's super bright in there -- bright lights bouncing off of white floors and white walls. Nathan was so accommodating and exceptional with his costumer service skills. My girlfriend and I showed up last minute to pick a birthday watch and he didn't make us feel rushed or like a burden at all. Wow, he is a huge asset to your business. I have to say it is a nice outlet store for the first time going there and the ladies were all very nice and even the purse I picked out that was on sale she brought a new one from the back. However I asked if they did gift wrap because I bought this 200$ purse as a gift and they said because they are an outlet store "they don't do that here"...... Ummmm okay. I love MK but I was kinda taken back and mad about it. So I guess I'll have to find a way to wrap it or just leave it in the bag. read more

Alot nice bags, left with 3 purses and 2 wallets. Did not know because outlet no dust bag. Called and asked them was told. Then when I called about returning they stated had to have all original packing materials. Who keeps all the stuffing and plastic once you open the bag. No more outlet for me. read more

What an awesome discovery this place was. While visiting Napa for the weekend I popped in to check the place out. I was stunned to see the massive selection and incredible discounts.
