They…read morehad a tasting of local wineries for free at the front, plus a large gift shop of mainly wine items and souvenirs of the area. They also have pamphlets and maps, as well as knowledgeable local guides to help you plan your visit. They also had nice restrooms, which were appreciated on a driving trip. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. I bought a few small items, but the best thing were the wine bottle shippers that came in handy when packing for home. Every bottle survived. It's worth it to stop in if you're visiting the area, especially your first time.

I love the pottery and macrame selections as well as the beaded earrings artists. The owner takes great pride in her shop and you can tell. Everything is neat and organized and when walking around you feel like you're on an adventure peeking into each shelf. She is a local herself so she can give recommendations on fun things to do if you're from out of town. I'll totally be back and in the meantime, send people her way!

The staff throughout the market were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back on our next visit to Napa.

The focus seem to be on Chinese and Japanese pieces. I'm guessing this is aimed at the Asian population because I saw a lot of feng shui pieces and not the inexpensive trinkets. For sheer mass, the primary merchandise was devoted to tea sets. Pure Asian tea sets. It was overwhelming. Sadly, for Old Beijing, I am overloaded with tea sets. I could use an awesome selection of Asian teas. With maybe some tea tastings. Perhaps the stuff was hiding. There was an incredible selection of incense. I was a little nervous about all that fragrance, until I remembered I smelled this before, and had no adverse reaction. There were even bundles of white sage, to cleanse the spirits or something. Is that really an Asian tradition? There were some trinkets and toys which were aimed mostly at little kids. But the bulk of it was surprisingly high-end. Sadly, the store decor could use a helping hand. too much stuff has been crowded together. The effect is overwhelming and it is really hard to focus on anything as a result. There's so much stuff jammed in there, that I felt like I've barely touched the tip of the iceberg. It will take more than one trip to take it all in.

Details are clearly off, waxy material used instead of the usual hard plastic, and they are VERY poor quality.

I have been going to this store since I was a child and my mother would bring me. We have kept coming through the years, and I'm so sad that it's about to close. Walking into this shop has always felt nostalgic to me. The smell of incense, the view of the artwork in the walls, all the different and exciting things on each shelf, and the beautiful clothes, will all be missed. The first arrangement was for a veteran's memorial service for our father, and the choices of flowers and colors were perfect for the occasion. The second one was for an anniversary and Sal suggested a tropical arrangement which was very unique and colorful. Sal took the time to explain how to care for the arrangements so they would stay fresh as long as possible. We're looking forward to ordering from Sal again in the future.

You see savvy retail staff will spot the Kate Spade purse on your shoulder even if you're dressed like a clown. And that is the reason why you should carry a power purse I subscribe to the Kate Spade emails but have discovered that Kate Spade Outlet has their own emails. If you try to compare prices it gets confusing fast. Suffice to say, there isn't much overlap. It is perfectly possible the item you want is on sale but only at one of the three options. Or maybe at the store. There isn't one convenient to me. I recommend you create an online account for Kate Spade outlet. They have great tools to help you figure out the right size and color purse. They list inventory online or in store. And the prices are posted clearly. Great timesaver!

The prices are excellent and it might be your next find for that trip to Vegas or NOLA. I scored a crochet handbag (wished I got the pink beaded clutch bag), a hat, $5 4th of July t-shirt and a sports bra. Out of the items I wished I had thrown back was the sports bra because the straps were oversized (it would have worked better with a cross back). Total spend was $40. When I checked out, the cashier told me that they receive new items on Fridays/Saturdays. I went on a Friday so I did good. There's ample parking and it's in a business park. Definitely worth checking out!

I pride myself on my nose for bargains and yet I have completely neglected the HomeGoods chain…read more This is my first visit to a HomeGoods store, and after surveying the stock, I must admit I am deeply ashamed of myself. I've been missing out! The store is nicely organized into sections. Although for some of the sections items were rather jumbled, and there was a bit of a rummage needed HomeGoods differs from other discounted stores with their extensive stock of familiar and somewhat higher end brands. Just to pick out something randomly I noticed they had Dr. Bronner's soaps and some Dr. Teals products. Unlike other discounted chains, I've heard of and used both their products in the past and I was pleased with both. They also had brands which I own, the globals and the aroma. The discounts were quite reasonable. But I am a pretty hardened shopper. I have a nearly impenetrable defense which generates a force field which the store must break down possibly using a photon torpedo. Here are some of the factors which must be overcomed 1) Duplication: happens more often than not. 2) practical. 3) I don't have much space. 4) a genuine discount. Not those frou -frou 20% off fake sales. Stay away from stores that raise the original price for sales. Macys I'm looking at you. 5) Must equal or exceeds the quality and performance of what I already have. 6) Must be in one of my areas of interest. That would be cooking, books or for some mysterious reason my sock addiction. 7) All resistance can be eliminated if the item is beautiful. HomeGoods came really, really close to punching through the protective force field, melting my brain and turning me into a complete zombie who would willingly shuffle to the register, precious cargo loaded in my arms, and burning a hole in my credit cards. There is absolutely no doubt if I keep returning to the store, I will be zombified. Now that is what I call a great store!
