I had a tooth extracted, that was broken at the gum, dug out, piece by piece. It was infected & very painful going in. After it was all removed, the gaping hole was sutured back together & I was told to go home & take some Advil & Tylenol. Lol, SERIOUSLY??? I guess I should just be happy they used novacain to numb me, because it looks like they don't believe I feel pain. My husband just went through dental surgery.. they were to sedate him to take out 4 teeth and put a tube in his cheek we were told he would be calm wouldn't feel or remember anything and could even fall asleep.... long story short... he did not sedate him at all.. he felt everything, he remembers everything, he came out believing they were trying to kill him, he now has nightmares and anxiety and since the surgery the hospital has had him on high blood pressure meds and hasn't went down. There were 3 people holding him down by his head, hair, and arms while he was screaming getting his teeth ripped out of his head. He could hear the teeth breaking in his head! He was being screamed at to keep his legs still as they were going everywhere from the pain. The dr knew he wasn't sedated because after the surgery his dr told him to get and and go sit in the wheelchair. He got up and walked. He is traumatized and we are currently looking for a therapist and filing a complaint with the hospital but that's not enough. This dr should never be allowed to do this again. Also I had asked the front desk lady how much husband was doing after she had been away from the desk for about 15 min... she told me she didn't know cause she was in the bathroom... later found out she was one of the people hold him down!!! There was no recovery like I was told there would be. They just wheeled him to the waiting room blood still coming out of his mouth no post surgery instructions. At the first initial appointment he seemed really nice and like he cared. After the surgery they didnt return my phone calls, and when I eventually got someone on the phone they were rude and asked if i was alternating the pain medicine with tylenol. Well I'm still in pain after doing so and your going to be snobby to me. I had to put down a large payment and then they sent me a bill for $600.00. Are you kidding me?! You were rude and didnt care after the fact I did the procedure. I will not go back and I'm not paying the bill. Horrible service and unwilling to help after surgery but you want more money. read more

My 10 year old needed 9 teeth pulled due to overcrowding prior to having braces put on and we went to Dr. Robinson at the recommendation of her dentist/orthodontist. She did great after the anesthesia in the office and was up immediately for the drive home. She had no bleeding, very little swelling, and only minor soreness for the first day or two. She had her one week post-op appointment today and is almost completely healed! I would definitely recommend Dr. Robinson for oral surgery. read more

If I could give this man negative stars I would. Miserable excuse for a medical professional. He left large open wounds without stitching on wisdom tooth removal. Upon followup two dry sockets were discovered, patients fault for returning to work on the third day after surgery ; however, during the return appointments he was rude and rather than acknowledge the immense amount of pain a dry socket causes and help the patient manage the pain, he insisted that the pain was being cause by jaw clenching, which is being cause by outside stress factors. Patient has no prior history of issues with jaw clenching, and his complete failure to acknowledge that immense pain could be a contributing factor, that it must be outside stressors (which were not there) is borderline malpractice in my opinion. DO NOT USE HIM AS YOUR ORAL SURGEON! read more

I went to him, he told me my problem required major surgery to solve or just live with the pain which is what he recommended. When I saw my regular dentist, he resolved my issue in less than 3 minutes no surgery. When I went to see him, I waited in pain for 10 minutes while he and his nurse discussed lunch at 5 guys outside the door. Nah, not for me. read more

Horribly rude. My husband took our 9 year old there today for a consultation, and had the worst experience ever. Our daughter is extremely shy. Always has been, no matter how hard we try. Apparently this is a huge problem for him, and he had to talk to her like she was garbage because of it. It's my own fault. I read the bad reviews before making the appointment. But he was recommended by my dentist, who is great, so I decided to trust his opinion over the reviews. I was actually supposed to make an appointment there for myself, but if he can't treat my kid with respect, we won't be going there again. Going to the dentist is scary enough for a kid, why treat them so horribly that they never want to go back? read more

I'm unable to rate the services of either Dr. Sleet or Dr. Robinson, as I never got that far. I was referred by another dentist because I was too anxious to have a wisdom tooth extraction without general anesthetic. Office staff informed me that my insurance, which has always covered anything I've had done at a dentist's office, would not cover an impaction extraction or the anesthesia, and asked for almost $800. I left and called my insurance provider, who assured me that they cover all kinds of wisdom tooth extraction and sedation. The office staff never even called to verify non-coverage, even though both doctors Sleet and Robinson are in-network. Terrible service, and I will not be back to try again. read more

If I had it my wa he wouldn't get any stars. Dont go to him. He pulled my teeth out without any medication hurt like hell. I cried did he care no he didn't this man lies he told my mom he didn want me going to work for a few days my mom told him I've been off since the day before my extractions he told my mom maybe that's why I was upset. My follow-up he told me that my IV fell out and they tried to put it back in that he didn't want to stop pulling. Let me tell you this that was a lie noone was touching my arm to put my IV back in. Gave me another round of antibiotics which I couldn't finish because it hurt my stomach he said good. WTH. Now my daughter is being referred to him to get her impacted baby teeth pulled. Over my dead body. Never again will I ever go to this man for anything save yourself find someone better. read more

I had my wisdom teeth extracted by dr Robinson and he seemed very rude and left a huge hole in the side of my cheek. I called him three days after my surgery because I was having intense pain and left a message for him to call me back and did not receive a call back from him. DO NOT SEE DR. ROBINSON!!! We saw him to have my daughters wisdom teeth removed and it was a horrible experience. He has the worst bed side manner of any doctor I have ever seen. He was annoyed that she was crying when they woke her and told her that she needed to be quiet because he had other patients in the office. SHE WAS HIS PATIENT TOO! Then he began to tell me that she was just being dramatic and that nothing was wrong with her the surgery was fine. He then had the nurse usher us out to the car. They did so before she had ever opened her eyes just to get her out of the office. He acted as if he was personally offended that her crying meant he did something wrong. She wasn't screaming. Just crying which I was told by the nurse is totally normal. He seemed so nice at our consult but apparently, that is not his personality all of the time. If you value yourself or your family please do not see this "Physician". read more
