I have been wanting to try the pizza for over a year and finally I did. I walked in and the owner Will was super friendly and asked me my name. He asked me what I liked and I said cheese. I do like pepperoni and sausage but sometimes they are salty for me. Will suggested I get two slices of cheese and a drink and I said that sounds good. He also let me try the gelato and the caramel gelato was really good. I didn't get gelato this time but I will in my next visit. The pizza was crispy and thin and not salty. My first visit I just settled on some cookies and a jalapeno cheddar bagel, since I was on my way elsewhere for dinner. But let me tell you how the chocolate chip cookie instantly became one of my favorite bakery cookies. And the bagel was decadent for my morning breakfast, covered in cheddar cheese with those crispy edges that bake at the base of the bagel. On my second visit I settled on their corn pizza since it was a different flavor combination, and it tasted like a slice of summer. Corn, basil, and ricotta, and you can't go wrong. And the staff has always been really pleasant with each visit. I'm a sucker for baked goods and a wood-fire pizza and I can say Baltoz has stolen my heart.
