Our pizza was soggy and under cooked. I called to let them know and they offered to send a driver right away with a new pizza. I thought that was amazing and thanked them. They said to have the other pizza ready to give to the driver(which is understandable) but i explained my kids ate some of it (3 and 5 year old) they were hungry. My family and I stopped by here to grab some quick lunch. The pizzeria was nicely decorated and most importantly very clean. The staff were very friendly. I ordered the two slices with a drink special and my mother had the philly cheese steak sub. The pizza was very good and tasty and hit the hunger spot. My mom said her sub was just ok. They had chairs and tables outside that I would've loved to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather. This is definitely a great addition to the small community in Sneads Ferry that seems to be growing every year. read more

I live here and they are the best! I LOVE real New York Pizza...... with that said... I have a $20 pizza stone from Amazon and heat the oven to 225 with the stone. Reheat and ....Bam! Can't speak for the rest of the menu, but if you're looking for good New York style pepperoni pizza, this place is great.

The food is fine, but the service is poor. Nasty, mean woman behind the counter ruined the experience on my second visit to this location. She yelled out my order and slapped it down, turning away from me rather than hand it to me like one would expect from any halfway decent pizza place. Another customer called her out on it and she did not even apologize. I had a very good meatball sandwich here but service counts and I will never go back. read more

Pizza is delicious a little bit on the salty side but that may be due to pizza being a little more cheesier than what I'm use to. The slices are very well proportioned. 1 slice on a medium is probably equivalent to 2 regular slices from a commercialized establishment. The pizza is very thin similar to a NY style. My overall rating for the pizza is a 3 out 5. It was really good but for the price I believe you can do better. The hot wings were tasty, but far from hot more like a zingy taste. I'll give it to them, the wings did have a decent amount of meat and were a great size. I did like that the wings were not showered in vinegar. Overall wings rating 3 out 5. I provided 3 photos, 1 photo of how big the medium pizza looks, 1 photo of an 8 inch paper plate to compare size and a photo of the wings. read more

The Meatball Sub and the Italian sandwich were delicious, much better than what we would have got from Subway (it was closed). Was super lucky they were even open on Christmas Eve, so they definitely get some brownie points in my book. Haven't tried the pizza yet, but I'll update review after I do. Subs are the same price you would pay at Subway, except way better, will eat here again. read more

Extremely disappointed! First off, there were absolutely NO employees wearing masks or wearing gloves. This makes a statement that they do not have the respect or consideration for their customers who are keeping them in business. Secondly, the prices do NOT match what the menu prices state. They never seem to have accuracy in their pricing, which leads me to believe that they decide on a whim what they feel like charging for each customer. When I mentioned the price differences per visit and comparing them to the menu prices, they are extremely rude and do not want to make sure anything is fixed and made right for the customer. Lastly, the quality was NOT there. They use canned chicken on their buffalo wing pizza, and the wings taste rubbery. Large pizza and one order of wings was 42$ (for today at least). Generally do not have any issues with this company but I called in to complain about the pizza being so cold we actually had to put it in the oven and reheat it to try an enjoy it. We did delivery, was 30 minutes longer than quoted. Pricing did not match up with website. Called to speak to a manager, he would not speak with me but was offered me free desserts. I was not interested. As a local I understand tourism can put a strain on the local restaurants but it's mid-April and I don't really see any excuse for this disappointment. Nothing worse than calling a company and wanting to simply express your disappointment and the manager refuses to speak to you. You lost us Michelangelo's. Plenty of other reputable pizza joints in the area and if you are ready this I would recommend to try them as opposed to this one. read more

Online order was delivered with completely wrong items. A phone call to the restaurant accomplished nothing beyond a "too bad" with no offer of resolution or compensation. We've only called for delivery and have yet to go inside to dine in. This review will reflect the delivery services. If you are visiting and staying at one of the rentals or one of the local hotels on the North Topsail end they do deliver. We have order for delivery several times and I must say that when calling the employees who take your order are very friendly and their telephone etiquette is par on. Right here on yelp you use the link to view their menu. Once we ordered within 40 to 50 minutes our order was delivered to our door with a smile hot , fresh and smelling oh so delicious! During the tourist season if you want to order please keep in mind that it may take a little longer because it becomes so busy and there aren't that many places that deliver. The prices are reasonable and they have a lot to choose from even if you aren't in the mood for a pizza pie! Fresh and homemade! We love this place! read more

First time I ordered food from this location in Sneads ferry. I ordered a pizza and a chef salad to be delivered and when I received it, the pizza was burnt, hard, and cold. They had set my salad on top of the pizza box which made my salad warm and wilted not to mention the brown lettuce they used to make my salad. I waited Over an hour for delivery and called the manager to complain about the quality of food and he explained to me there was a no refund policy. Ordered delivery for the first time. Mozzarella cheese sticks were good. We liked that you get to choose your dipping sauce! Also ordered 18" sausage and onion pizza. Plenty of cheese, which was nice. Fast and friendly delivery. I just didn't know there were red pepper flakes either on the pizza or in the sauce and I had an allergic reaction that night. I don't usually patronize a restaurant named after a ninja turtle, but the kids were desperate for pizza. The pizza was ok - too much low quality cheese with bland sauce. The meatball sub was pretty good but the three meatballs were small in a disproportionately large roll and it was expensive. We probaby won't be back when we return to the area. read more

We ordered a pepperoni/pineapple pizza and it was awful. Not enough pineapple which sometimes I get, but the main topping was barely there as well. I had a piece of pizza that had two slices of pepperoni and not only that, the whole slice wasn't covered in cheese. The absolute worst part... The entire bottom of the pizza was burnt as was the crust. It was like I was biting into burnt toast/ cardboard. We paid $18 dollars for burnt toast. I will not be going back. After long drive and our hotel room was not ready to check in yet, and we were past ready for lunch so the girl at the front desk suggested here. Slices are the large, foldable New York style slices that come from pre made pies When you order your slice, it has to be re-heated in the oven. I got a meat lovers, while the wife had the Hawaiian with pineapple and ham. Pizza was ok but not great. I think my wife like her slice more than I liked mine. Like one review said, if you specialize in pizza, it needs to be REALLY GOOD pizza and this pizza just didn't cut it for me. Décor is standard strip mall restaurant décor. Service was just ok, not rude but not friendly either. I also thought $12 for 2 slices and 2 teas was way too pricey for just ok pizza, especially since we were in Sneads Ferry N.C. not New York City. Two visits in one-First and Last! read more
