The pizza had no sauce, was super dry and felt/tasted/looked like it had been sitting on a counter for days. The breadsticks were comical, basically bite sized. I was baffled there were even any breadsticks in there because they were so small. On top of all that, they told us it would take 20-25 minutes. At 45 minutes, we still didn't have our pizza so we called them back. The lady said she should be here any second. We waited fifteen more minutes, and still no one. We then called back again and were on hold for a few minutes before she finally showed up and the store is only 2 minutes from our location. How a 20-25 minute order took over an hour when it's 2 minutes away and the pizza had clearly been done for days completely baffled us. Do not recommend at all. Would give 0 stars if we could. Super glad we only got 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks. read more

Okay that's it I am done with ordering pizza here. First of all sending drivers out with no change is ludicrous who does that? We have lived many places and have ordered from Pizza Hut in Virginia Beach, California , Texas etc and come here and drivers don't have change? I gave the driver a 20 and my order is $12. Not only that but I've had to actually go meet the drivers because they don't know where the house is and again I'm thinking my gosh there's something called gps that's on cellphones why not use it. Take my advice either pick your pizza up or call somewhere else or just don't eat pizza until you go into town which is 40 miles one way or 45 or so the other way . Ordered here and I pretty sure we have food poisoning after one slice. Taste was way weird and kind of metallic so I tried another bites... nope it's just bad taste and pizza. The kid was pretty accommodating when we returned it, but you can tell food service workers get a lot of crap because he just asked "what do you want me to do about this". I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that this like most chains just run ragged weekends with proper inventory of expired food. It was made on a thin piece of cardboard (tasted and looked like it) they must have run out of cheese because it looked like we had the crumbs from the bottom of the barrel. Felt obligated to leave a good review since I usually am swayed by negative reviews. I've ordered from a total of 4 pizza restaurants in the area and by far this store makes it the best. The dough is cooked completely which is something of an issue around these parts and delivery has been quick the 3xs I've ordered from this store. Zero issues! read more

Order from here at least once a week. Never had a problem! Food is always great and hot. I choose carry out bc I don't want to wait. I order from phone and pick up within 10-15mins. If you have to wait, walk to dollar tree (right beside) and shop but that is rare. Always friendly staff. Sign up for Pizza Hut points- easy to rack up points per $1.00 spent and you can get free pizza. You will always take a risk for delivery when Sneads Ferry has tons of people and not enough food places. read more

I created a yelp account just to tell you how crap this place is. I ordered a hand tossed pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings for delivery. The delivery time was 50 minutes after I ordered. At an hour and 10 minutes I called the store. I was told "it left at 45 minutes from time of order and there are a few deliveries in the area". It took over 30 minutes for the delivery guy to get to my door. I live 3 miles from the restaurant. The pizza and wings were delivered cold, the pizza was flat like a thin crust, and literally had no sauce! My advice is just drive and get pizza from a different place. read more

Pizza is fine if you pick it up. if you have it delivered you will be waiting for 1.5 hours plus and get a pizza that has been sitting under a heating lamp for over an hour. Website says delivery time would be 20-35 mins it is going on 2 hours. read more

Considering they are located in a military town, they should have a base driver during business hours. But they have poor planning and don't have base drivers during their entirety of work. Will go elsewhere read more

I ordered pizza for dinner at 4 pm and did not get my pizza until 6. Apparently they put my phone number in wrong and could not contact me when they were looking for the apartment.even if I USED to order pizza there every week. I called and complained about the extended wait time... (they said 50 mins and I waited 1.5 hours) once the woman arrived with the pizza she could not find my apartment again and made me walk down 3 flights of stairs to pick it up, then they forget to bring the small soda I ordered! I called and complained again about the missin soda at 6:10 because I could not eat my pizza until I had my drink, so now I have a cold pizza and it is close to 7pm AND I ORDERED AT 4!!!?? My latest adventure with this location is the driver decided to add her own tip onto my card unbeknownst to me after I had given her a cash tip and when my CC was charged it was for $5.00 more. I spoke to a very nice guy who was not the manager and he assured me that the manager would be fully informed so that when I called, there would be some sort of resolution. The manager was very vague, did not acknowledge that she had info about my complaint and her offer to resolve was that I drive over there and she would give me the $5.00 cash? When I stated the obvious that she had a driver that was breaking the law and using people's credit cards to steal extra tips, she did not seemed fazed and said "everyone is innocent until proven guilty". So, while I remained a loyal customer prior to that in spite of late deliveries/no deliveries/incorrect orders and just plain bad pizza these issues were always resolved with the previous managers. They are the only game in town as far as convenience but this was just too much. Beware. read more

First off, I am going to say these are the best delivery wings I've had whilst living in this town. We ordered from Pizza Hut when we first moved here 2 years ago. It was not great, so we have since continually decided on Dominos, reluctantly, (sorry Dominos.... but at least they've been consistent) We tried to order on Dominos website for the 100th time... and it was I unavailable. We ended up ordering from Pizza Hut for the second time here and it was absolutely incredible! I have wanted those wings ever since. The problem is.. I ordered on the website and it said a 35-45 min wait..... Perfect, isn't there a pizza delivery add that asks what you could do in that time? :) My husband, who may or may not be a decorated Marine, called after 1.5 hour wait time and asked why we didn't have the order. He was absolutely, 100 percent, disrespected by the employee who answered the phone... who asked if he was on base and was told if he did....would be an hour more. So .... I was hoping "Welcome to My House" Alright, Ive been waiting to open up this champagne, Pop! Pizza is just not good! Tough dough couldn't chew it ended up scrapping topping off, very lite on sauce (it was 4 inches from edge) paid a lot for extra cheese and we could barely find the cheese. Wings must be pre cooked and just re-heated because they are dry, stringy with hard inedible chunks on them. Paid $70 for two pizzas and two wings and it was the worst meal I've tried to eat in recent memory. The clerks were nice, in a forced kind of way. Was there just after they opened and the floors were nasty.... hate to see the kitchen. Will never waste money here again. read more
