This location does offer a military discount. The associate placed my name as the recipient but my bestie's mailing address. We had reached a point of no return and I notified my friend of the mix-up and told her I'd send the tracking. Tracking was sent two days later which was a surprise. I at least expected within 24-hours. Since I had planned early, the item did arrive prior to my friend's birthday. Located on the second level of the Pentagon City Mall, it was easy to find. There is a park for a fee garage and it's also accessible via the metro. Capable of cash, credit/debit and contactless pay options. If your situation warrants it, they also promote buy now pay later options. This store also does seasonal promotions. An easily accessible location and I'd shop here again.

The king size sheets we found were of a brown color to which I despise. (Possibly due to my father and mother's liking of this color..., oh!, and seeing this color all over the house didn't help) Nevertheless, we did not find anything to replace the sheets we bought. So my wife just returned the item quickly and easily. There might be a number of things to buy here, but on today's experience, we bought nothing else.

So went with them, giving them 8 of my posters to frame. The older lady who did my estimate was direct but very nice. Knowledeable lady who understood I was basically looking for the best deal, but did the best job of any of the stores I went to explaining the best framing options within my budget. She even presented alternative options to what I was looking for that would be the same price or even a bit cheaper. Said it would take 2 weeks to get the job done but called me back after only a week saying my frames were ready. Picked up later that weekend and all the frames looked fantastic! To be clear I'm no framing expert and don't really have an eye for art - was basically looking to get straightforword framing jobs done at the lowest cost - if that is your aim, this is definitely the place to go. I can't speak to the quality of their more upscale framing jobs. Again, I comparison shopped at several shops and this was the cheapest I found in the area. In terms of payment they had me pay half when I dropped the posters off for framing and the remaining half when I picked them up. The framing store is located in a huge outlet mall but they have a back door where you can drive up and pick up your frames if you have a larger order. A bit of a hike from where I live in Fairfax County but I will 100% be back for future framing jobs. Highly recommend!

One of my usual "friends" is always greeting and clearly states to people if you need help just holler when it's really packed. It's not the biggest store, but they usually have what I want and it's within 10 minutes of my home and I don't need to brave the mall. I never feel pressured at this location. I will do an online pick up when it's some sort of special sale and I can't get in. Like with any app inventory system there can be errors, but I don't get upset if something that says in stock is out. Just like sometimes it doesn't show as in stock online but it is in store.

Whether it's a coffee grinder used by military officers, a portable holy water sprinkler for priests to use on sick visits, or a stunning antique diamond ring, there is sure to be something I enjoy seeing and learning about. Some items I looked at during today's visit were enamel snuffboxes with sayings on them, a diamond jockey stick pin, some beautiful Georg Jensen silver items, and a brass chandelier designed to use both oil and candles. My husband bought my art deco engagement ring at this shop more than fifteen years ago, and we always enjoy visiting (although most of the time we are just browsing.)
