I came here today to use the bathroom they were very rude ripped the menu out my daughters hands and guy yelled "OUT" like we were dogs. Food was okay not the best bathroom is filthy. No frills quality Vietnamese food. Place gets a thumbs up from my Vietnamese SIL. We ordered a lot of everything. Stand ours was P4 Pho, Spicy Hue Noodle Soup and the grilled pork and fried roll with noodles. My favorites were the fish sauce chicken wings. Decent prices. Second time trying Michael's and very excited that the Pho was not sold out! Very fresh and delicious food with incredible delicate flavors. My wife enjoyed the Teriyaki Chicken and upgraded from rice to noodles; it did not disappoint, plus the portion is HUGE! We left with leftovers. Also, we did get an order of egg-rolls (2) and they were piping HOT and fresh! Best egg-rolls around by far. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because the service is lack luster, but very friendly. We were only served our drinks with no sight to refills the entire time we were there. Please note: if you are coming with a large party (5 or more) be prepared to wait if the tables are full. The space is small but perfect for a little date night together. read more

The lettuce, cucumbers, herbs, roasted peanuts, and fish sauce w/julienne carrots really topped it off with a lot of flavor! The bowl was not only a "pretty" presentation, it was also fresh and delectable! It was the perfect hot summer day lunch. The husband had the pho, which is one of their staple soup. He always orders the pho, and it is always delicious. The beef based broth is full of flavor juxtaposed with cinnamon stick, star anise, fennel seeds, black cardamons, whole cloves, and coriander seeds! Then rice noodles, thin steak slices, and veggie fixings are added to complete the noodle soup that is Pho! It's delicious on a hot day and so nurturing on a cold rainy day! A small Vietnamese restaurant with excellent food and service. I had the pho and the broth was very beefy and complex with spices. A big bowl of it full of rice noodles and meats with sides of fresh herbs and veggies to add as you see fit along with a variety of sauces. The spring rolls and summer rolls were a good size and filled with meats and vegetables and dipping sauces. The fried rice was also plentiful and full of flavor. Some of the best Pho I have had in many years. They provide lots of toppings too. The broth is smooth and rich with no sourness you get when restaurants cut corners and use commercial broths. Absolutely wonderful! Laid back atmosphere and family owned. All the food is fresh, every time. Angel and Michael take a lot of pride in their food and work really hard to make sure everyone truly enjoys their meal. This is our new go-to place for the nights I don't feel like cooking but want something comforting. My wife and I had been going to the previous restaurant at this location and we were very sorry to see it closed. We saw that it had reopened with a different name and decided to give it a try. The menu is somewhat limited. 80% different Pho's and some other choices. We had delicious #7. lol. Give the place a try. I don't think you will be disappointed. read more
