This place never fails to bring me back to the Best Place I Ever Been. Their food takes me back to Saigon. But the coffee brings me back to southern Vietnam. Not only do you get great service, but their food is the top of the line. Be ready to be transferred to Vietnam with the flavors and the quality of what you get at a very reasonable price by the way. Wow. Hardly ever do reviews but this place is so good, I need to. Hands down the best place for pho and hibachi style fried noodles. I ordered to pick up and it was ready within 10 minutes. It's a small mom and pop/family owned restaurant with the sweetest owners. The food was steaming hot and so fresh. The beef bone broth was so flavorful and the pho veggies were nice and crisp. Absolutely stoked to have a place like this in Tavares. It was empty when I went and the other reviews also said it was pretty slow on their visits. Consistently great Pho... I love the flank steak pho- plenty of beef and flavor. This restaurant is a hidden secret and is off the beaten path but service is fast and efficient. It has little ambience - in a small strip mall on old 441- but the owner has been in Tavares when the newer 441 was a jungle compared to now. As I had read, the Spring Rolls and Gyoza were unmatched in the area- everything is made to order and the place in Tavares smells so yummy!

Second time trying Michael's and very excited that the Pho was not sold out! Very fresh and delicious food with incredible delicate flavors. My wife enjoyed the Teriyaki Chicken and upgraded from rice to noodles; it did not disappoint, plus the portion is HUGE! We left with leftovers. Also, we did get an order of egg-rolls (2) and they were piping HOT and fresh! Best egg-rolls around by far. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because the service is lack luster, but very friendly. We were only served our drinks with no sight to refills the entire time we were there. Please note: if you are coming with a large party (5 or more) be prepared to wait if the tables are full. The space is small but perfect for a little date night together. read more

A big bowl of it full of rice noodles and meats with sides of fresh herbs and veggies to add as you see fit along with a variety of sauces. The spring rolls and summer rolls were a good size and filled with meats and vegetables and dipping sauces. The fried rice was also plentiful and full of flavor. Some of the best Pho I have had in many years. They provide lots of toppings too. The broth is smooth and rich with no sourness you get when restaurants cut corners and use commercial broths. Angel and Michael take a lot of pride in their food and work really hard to make sure everyone truly enjoys their meal. My wife and I had been going to the previous restaurant at this location and we were very sorry to see it closed. We saw that it had reopened with a different name and decided to give it a try.
