One employee helped me get down an item that I couldn't reach, but the clerk who checked me out seemed annoyed to be there dealing with customers. While I understand that retail work can be taxing, the store wasn't particularly busy and I only had a few items. Very disappointing, especially when you're paying a pretty penny for Kirkland's items. I will return to Kirkland's, but unfortunately, not this location.

The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout all of my questions.
