They're very reasonable with their rates, compared to other shops, and if you need more time to repay, they are glad to accommodate. As long as you pay your interest and storage charges, your pawned items will stay safe in their massive warehouse until you're ready to redeem them. They also purchase items. I'm a musician, and I trust them with my beloved instruments. I highly recommend Mr. Pawn Shop if you need some cash to get you through lean times, without worrying your stuff will get damaged or sold.

The second experience was completely different. They covered all shipping costs, took the time to perform a much more thorough inspection, and provided the detailed breakdown I had originally requested. The follow-up report addressed the authenticity of the individual components in far greater detail and gave me significantly more confidence in their findings. While I still believe the initial service fell short and required me to follow up for updates, I also believe it's important to recognize when a company stands behind its work and makes a genuine effort to correct a mistake. Stoll & Co. did exactly that. No company gets everything right the first time, but how they respond when something goes wrong says a lot about their integrity. In my case, they listened to my concerns, took responsibility, and ultimately delivered the level of service I had expected from the beginning.
