There is plenty of floor help that go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. I encourage everybody to stop in and roam the aisles and take on these outstanding items. Seasonal gifts, decorative crafts, candles, decor, fabric, patriotic themes as well as inspirational items. Zero stars. I took my Original Christian oil painting for a custom frame because it was going to be…read moreplaced in an Art Gallery. The custom framed worker took my painting to the register and placed it on the floor. The painting weighs less than 5 pounds, 11x14. When I called and spoke to the man who identified himself as the manager told me and I quote " it is standard to place custom framed art on the floor" their dirty floor??? And he stated that nothing was unkind about it. Maybe it was the color of my skin.! Clearly I will go to Michael's forever!!!

I googled it for him. Damm if you are going to sell trains, please have some idea of what you are selling & stop trying to force customer's to buy something they cannot use. Prices always can't match online stores either. There's a price to pay for getting it today vs waiting on shipping they have bills to pay and rent for a store front with more overhead.
